It was already Christmas Eve. We sat in a circle in Amy's living room. There was a big Christmas tree in the corner with two tan couches next to it. We had Christmas carols playing in the background. We were opening presents a random person got for us in a game of secret Santa. Amy got a new dress, tails got a few tools, rouge got a sapphire ring, knuckles got a new pair of gloves, Charmy got a video game, vector got new headphones, And the others got a bunch of other things. It was my turn to open my present. I undo the knot on a red ribbon tied around the box. I open the lid and shuffle through the tissue paper. Inside was a little box. I pop the lid off of that one to see a golden heart locket. I take it out to let everyone else see. I see Amy's eyes narrow, showing that it wasn't her. I smile, knowing exactly who it was. I look over to shadow, seeing him leaning against the wall with his eyes closed. Not caring if anyone saw, I stand up and walk towards him. He opens his eyes as I pull him into a kiss. Gasps were heard around us, but I didn't care. We were kissing.
