Chapter 9: Sinister Six

Spider-Man swings around Vale patrolling the streets around seven o'clock at night. "Well I guess it's safe now. No robberies. No kidnappings. Nothing. I guess I'll just go home a-..." He spider sense kicked in as a snake wraps around him. "What the?" Purple colored smoke surrounded him as Mysterio appears. "Spider-Man. Prepare to meet your doom." The charlatan said as the rest of the Sinister Six appeared. "Oh great... My six favorite costume nut cases. How are y'all doing?" Peter quipped as Mysterio flings him at a wall. Unfortunately for Peter, he didn't have time to react and lands face first on a brick wall of a nearby building. Electro shoots electricity at Spider-Man. Zapping to Death with Shocker repeatedly blasts our hero with sound waves. Peter falls to the ground. His shoot is now damaged. He looks up only to see Rhino charging right at him. Peter dodged The Rhino's horn to prevent him from getting impaled, but Vulture hovers above Peter. "Ugh... This is a bit unfair." Peter says as he swings away. Mysterio snaps his fingers order Shocker and Electro to follow Spider-Man while the rest of the Sinister Six return to the warehouse.

Peter arrived near the forest he arrived in. "I think I'm...safe..." He lays down under a tree to catch his breath while Electro and Shocker roam around the city. "Ya find that punk yet?" Electro said as Shocker only shrugged as a reply. The two villains head back to the warehouse. Peter breathes slowly as he got back up. "Yeah... It's safe..." He said as he limps out of the forest. Peter looks at himself only to see that his costume is damaged and that he is exhausted from blood loss. He then collapses in front of a castle like building. A man with white colored hair holding a cane approached the hero. Standing with the man is a blonde haired woman holding a wand. Peter looks at the two before passing out.

The next day, Peter was in what appears to be a nurses office. "Ugh... Where am I?" He said to himself rubbing his head as he noticed his damaged costume on the table next to him. Someone opens the door. It was that old man with the cane from last night. "I see you're awake young man." He said to Peter as he sits down in a nearby chair. "Who are you and why am I here?" Peter asked as the blonde woman from before enter the room and stands with the old man with the cane. "I am Professor Ozpin. The headmaster of Beacon Academy. You must be The Spider-Man that has been dealing with the crime problem in Vale." The old man said. The blonde woman adjusts her glasses and looks at her tablet. The tablet shows vignettes of Spider-Man fight fighting criminals, saving people from a burning building, saving Weiss Schnee, etc. The woman gives Ozpin the tablet. "Where have you learned to fight like this? And who are these six beings that attacked you?" He said showing Peter the tablet with images of Peter getting attacked by the six villains from before. Peter takes a deep breath as he looks at Ozpin. "What I'm about to say cannot be told to anyone else okay?" Peter said looking at Ozpin with a serious look. Ozpin sips some coffee and nods. "Very well." The headmaster places his mug down on a table. "My name is Peter Parker, Also known as Spider-Man. Those men in those photos are the most powerful villains I've faced. Mac Gargan, aka Scorpion is a psychotic man in a scorpion suit that can shoot acid from his tail. Adrian Toomes, The Vulture is an old man in bird suit who gave himself spinal cancer from his own wings. Herman Schultz, Shocker is just a crook who uses sound waves as a weapon. Maxwell Dillon, aka Electro a criminal that can control electricity from any type of device. Even that tablet of yours." Peter said. Ozpin thinks about a certain student of his when Peter mentioned Electro. He then sips his coffee. "Quentin Beck, Mysterio was a for special effects wizard who wanted to be in the film industry, but uses his illusions for bank robbing. And lastly, Aleksei Sytsevich, aka The Rhino. A man who is permanently trapped in his own rhinoceros suit. That's all you're going to know." Peter says. Ozpin can tell that Peter is hiding more information. "One more question. Why? Why live the life as a vigilante instead of a normal man?" Ozpin asked. Peter let's out a sigh and recites the words of his late uncle. "A man told me 'With great power comes great responsibility.' I live by those words every single damn of my life. I never use my powers for personal gain. I use them to help people. Family, friends, strangers. Human or faunus. Doesn't matter. If there is someone out there in the world that needs help, I have to be there." He said to the headmaster. Ozpin and the woman look at one another and back at Peter. "Actually, I have a question. What is this that you came out of?" The woman ask as she showed a picture of Peter falling from a portal. The same portal that he came out of when he arrived in Remnant. "Okay. Me and those six villains are from another dimension. You probably don't believe. I mean who wouldn't?" Peter said. Ozpin and the woman agreeing with Peter, but feel a bit suspicious. "Hmm... How about I make a deal with you Mr. Parker. If you attend my academy, I'll help you return back home. Your real home. However, you'll have to find someone else to help you with your problem, if you refuse. What do you choose?" Ozpin sips some coffee. Peter wasn't sure what to do. He is still in school back on Earth, but he needs help getting home. He thinks for a minute then looks at Ozpin. "I'll attend your school." He said. Ozpin stands open as the blonde woman leaves. "Welcome to Beacon Mr. Parker." The headmaster says as he followed the woman. Peter sighs as he rests.

Three days later, Peter arrives at the huntsman academy dressed in normal clothes with his costume in his backpack. "Well... Time for school. Again." He said walking in and entering the elevator up to Professor Ozpin's office. The headmaster noticed Peter enter his office. "Hello Peter. Unfortunately, I'm busy with paperwork. Ms. Goodwitch will show you to your dorm room." Ozpin said as the blonde haired woman approached Peter. "Pleasure to meet you again Mr. Parker." Glynda said as she holds out a hand. Peter shakes Glynda's hand as they walk to the elevator leading to the dormitories for first-year students. Peter noticed three doors. Two of them have labels on them saying "RWBY" and "JNPR". However, there is one room next to the "JNPR" door that had no label. Glynda opens the door. "This will be where you'll be staying for your time here. Enjoy. If you have any questions such as Where are the exam rooms?, Where are the locker rooms?, etc., don't be afraid to ask." She said. Peter nods as he sets his bag down next to his bed. Glynda walks back to Ozpin's office. Peter closes the door and jumps down on his bed. "Well...here we go again."
