Katie's POV

"Am I allowed to ask you a question now?"I asked the man.He nodded."I guess it's ok,"He replied,"Blake isn't here right now."He took a seat on one of two chairs against the wall and patted the other."I'd rather not,"I replied, moving to stand against the wall opposite him,"Just tell me something.What is your name?"The man turned away from me.He looked young up close.No more than 23 with shaggy black hair and bright green eyes."Well,"He said after a minute,"are you sure you're ready?"I nodded, not sure what to expect."Well,"He said softly,"My names Jakob and I'm, um, engaged to your brother."

Jordan's POV

"Are you ok?"Heather asked as she sat down beside me on the couch.I nodded, but inside I was just an emotional wreck."It's not easy having the person you love ripped away from you,"I thought,"I don't love her because she's carrying my child, but that's made me love her more.What if I never see her again? What if she loses the baby? This is all my fault."I was crying by this point, so Heather pulled me into a tight embrace."I know you just as good as I do Katie,"She whispered in my ear,"You have to stop blaming yourself for all this."
