Basic Info: Grants the user the ability to create Mist.
The Settings of the Mist are based on what the User has eaten or drunken within the last 12 hours. The characteristics of the things the user has eaten, will be displayed in the Mist.
As an example, if the user drank a lot of alcohol, the user can create the mist in 12 hours, will not be drunk and everyone who breathes in the Mist will feel drunk.
Strengths:
-Toxic things do not affect the user, if the user uses the quirk within the next 12 hours
-There's no limit of creating the Mist. The more Mist, the weaker the abilities are
Weaknesses:
-User needs to drink and eat a lot more than a normal human
-User can be affected by their own Mist
Drawback:
-Overuse can cause Dehydration
