Basic Info: Grants the user the ability to precisely shoot lightnings from his fingertips.
There are 3 degrees of Intensity for these lightnings:
1. Weak (Takes a second to reload)
2. Middle (Takes 3 seconds to reload)
3. Heaven's Bullet (Takes 30 seconds to reload)
The first Degree is not always suitable for battles where pure force is needed, because the first degree is mainly to mess around with.
The second Degree is suitable for battles and can (depending on the circumstances) temporarily paralyze the opponent for a few seconds. That one also hurts quite much.
Heaven's Bullet is an Overkill. Can make semi-strong opponents lose consciousness. Leaves burn marks on the hit area.
Strengths:
-Useful, fast and accurate
-Electric Shocks really hurt
Weaknesses:
-Can't shoot on things that contain metal, otherwise the user would short-circuit himself and needs to cool down for 10 Minutes
Drawback:
-If used to much, a strong headache kicks in and the fingers start to twitch.
