Hug attack!

Lloyd's POV

"So what? It's time for you to give up. You have no where to go. " Harumi told me menacingly whilst laughing. I only replied with a slight groan as I tug on my handcuffs. Man, these things were annoying and this definitely proves that the quiet one isn't just the quiet one. But the weak one. If she really wanted to hold me captive, she would already send me off with my father. He would know what to do with me. Yet again, just with the thought of being in my father's grasp and receiving his breath on me, I would rather stay here with the white haired demon. "Ninja never quit."i replied to her. I saw her tense up as she stood up from her throne. She made her way to me, her black shoes tapping against the spotless ceramic flooring. Newly installed too, it's such a shame that a piece of art would get ruined by a monster.

"Oh yeah? ninja never quit. Righttt. " she rolled her eyes at me. I simply grimaced at her sarcasm. She chuckled back. " Face it Lloyd. Your team is nothing without you. They're weak and powerless without their precious green ninja. " she placed her hand on one of the prison's bars. I dunno why they call Harumi smart, but clearly she isn't in this case. The bars were all golden swords and I can just rip one out of the ceiling and we would enter in an immediate combat. However, I held on my urges and let her think she's got the upper hand. I couldn't help but grin how confident the monster think she is. "You do realize that I'm not that precious right? I'm just like everyone else. I'm human too" I reminded her. Harumi clenched her fist hearing that. " The prophecy said that the green ninja is the ultimate saviour. He saves everyone! But clearly. You're not good enough for the prophecy...why were you even the chosen one, Lloyd" she turned her back to hide her pained expression.

I noticed that, hearing her voice crack slightly as she delivered the last line of her sentence. I frowned at her. Here we go again, she's gonna start scolding me for how I wasn't able to save her parents. I personally feel really bad but she just keeps putting even more pressure and guilt on me that I can't even handle it anymore. I just want to apologize to her so badly for not being here for her. That I wasn't the saviour she wanted from this city. It's true, maybe I don't deserve to be the green ninja anymore. Not like I ever deserved it in the first place. "Rumi..." i whispered through the echoed throne room. Just with that, the white haired girl snapped at me once again.

"Don't call me that! " was the only thing I heard before we both fell into a deep silence. I used this time to try and get out of these handcuffs. I don't know what these cuffs are made off but they're stronger than vengestone. I have no clue if they can actually disable your elemental powers but since I don't have mine, I can't really know. After a few more minutes of endless silence, I decided to break it. Harumi jumped hearing my voice once again. " My Friends will come for me. So don't celebrate on that throne of yours for too long. " I smiled confident. Harumi let out a chuckle. "Oh don't worry, I won't. But I have cells ready just in case they try anything. " she threatened.

I simply leaned back on the wall. " I'd love to see that. " I paused to narrow my eyes. " Really. "

A few minutes later, I find my eyes slowly shutting as I hear Harumi sing with her most gentlest of voice: "Spider's in the house, sleep sleep. Spider's bit the mouse, sleep deep. Don't wake up, or else you'll find a spider in your mouth". My eyes  snapped open when she finished. " Harumi that song is giving me goosebumps. Why do you still sing it?" I asked kindly. She looked down, with one of sadness. "It's the lullaby that my parents used to be sing me before..." she shook her head, holding back tears. "I would never forgive you for this. Lloyd Garmadon. "She hissed. I sighed. "I know. But just remember that I was a child at the time. I didn't mean to release the serpentine who would eventually release the great devourer. " I explained to her.
