Two brothers: Your envy is showing

My cheek were reddening, "pleased to meet you too" I replied.

"How was the party?" Robbie asks.

"It was great, speaking of—" peter started but I cut in.

"We had tons of fun, I'm a little tired though"

"I'm sure you are Sadie, I must've wore you out" peter subtly hinted and made me squirm.

Robbie looked at us both in confusion, "What lots of dancing or?"

"Yes, dancing and drinking" I say quickly before peter could discuss the aftermath.
"Oh it was much more than that" peter wrapped an arm around my shoulder and I grudgingly grinned.

Robbie rubbed the back of his neck uncomfortably, "right? So, I could show you to your room if you'd like?"

"That would be—"

"Unnecessary brother allow me" peter grabbed my arm and reassured Robbie with a smile.

"What the hell peter?" I whispered.

Peter was silent until we entered a room at the end of the hall. He closed the door behind us and harshly sat me on the bed. "What the hell was that Sadie?"

"What do you mean?" I tossed him a glare rubbing the arm he grabbed.

"Sucking up to my brother, not telling him what we did?" Peter folded his arms across his chest. God he's a child.

"Really? Peter, I'm not sucking up to him. He's charming is all and besides its not any of his business is it?" I sighed when he gave me a dissatisfied look.

"I don't understand why you're so upset I just met the guy do you honestly think I'd start hitting on him?"

Peter shrugged, "You're right I'm sorry Sadie, that was uncalled for" he admits.

"I did have a really good time tonight peter, thank you" I said smiling at him. He came over slowly until his lips were close to mine. They touched. My heart sores above the clouds. When he pulls away the feeling dropped.

"Goodnight Sadie" he leaves me with that and I got my pjs on and snuggled into the bed.
