We all made it safely to Vale and now we where waiting for Cinder at the rendezvous. I was sitting alone with Willow and Kyrie while Johnny, Jenni, Neo and Roman where stocking up on supplies.
"Daddy! When's auntie Cinder coming?"
"Soon sweetie soon" She replies sweetly.
I just smile at her. {With all the bullshit that I've been through in my life her smile and just get voice can get me through everything}
"Hey bro, can you sing for us to pass the time?" Kyrie asks.
I chuckle softly "Sure Ri-Ri, just get my guitar"
She giggles. "What's with the nickname n/n?"

She proceeds to get my acoustic guitar from the car and hands me it. I strum it a bit and start playing a tune and then begin singing.

I turn to hear applause and saw that the rest came back.
I look to see that Willow has fallen asleep next to me.
"Guys shush" I whisper as I pointed to the sleeping angel next to me.
They all nod and smile as I get up and give her a kiss on the forehead and then leave to put my guitar away.

hear a car coming towards us and I put a hand on my gun as a precaution but relax as I see that it's just Cinder. She pulls over next to my car and Roman's car.
"Hey Cindy!" I call out to her.
She fires a fireball at me which I barely dodge.
"You know I hate it when you call me that!"
"Yeah, but you don't mind Johnny calling you that" I smirk as she turns away blushing.
"Aweee is that a blush, you love little Johnny boy don't you?"
She fires another fireball at me as I dodge again laughing, but she suddenly stops and looks down.
"Cinder?" I ask concerned.
She looks up at me with tears welling up.
I hug her. "Hey, I'm sorry if whatever I said offended you..."
"I-its not that... I do live Johnny..."
I smile "So what's so bad about that?"
She looks up at me and steps back. "Just look at me! Look what Salem has done to me..."

I take in everything she just told me and look at her with a smile.
"You really think Johnathan cares about how you look?"
She looks up at me confused.
"Those scars are not ugly at all, they add character. They show that you have persevered through all the pain. The pain is past but you're still here that's what matters, Johnathan doesn't want a model... He wants someone who's sweet, caring and loving... You have all those qualities Cinder"
She hugs me while crying. I wipe her tears.
"Come on Cindy"
She forms a fireball in her hand.
"Don't push your luck mister"
"Now there's the Cinder I know, now come on Willow has been so eager to see you again. She missed you so much, so has Kyrie and Jenni."
