Not ten minutes later, we were all showered and relaxed in Clint's personal room, when the door burst open. Steve looked out of breath and exhausted, but his eyes shot to me in no time.

"Time to go." His worried expression only strengthened when I wouldn't look him in the eye.

"Go where?" Natasha asked him, straightening up.

"I'll tell you on the way. Can you fly one of those jets?" He directed his question to Nat, but at this moment Clint came out of the bathroom, drying his hands on a plush towel.

"We can." He gestured to him and I, and Steve looked at me for confirmation. I nodded but never met his eye.

"You got suits?" He asked and we all nodded, with a slight 'yeah' from Clint. "Then suit up." Was the last thing the captain said before he walked out the door.

We got dressed and prepared like the captain asked. I grabbed my pistol, a few extra cartridges, three or four different blades and my black and blue base ball bat. (Don't ask.)

Clint and I flew pilot and copilot, Natasha prepared her equipment and Steve just lingered. After a while, I started worrying about Tony.

"Hey, do you think I should call Tony?" I turned to Clint beside me.

"Honey, I think he might be a little busy." He chuckled.

"Jarvis, give me Tony's location." I asked the AI.

"He's just above Portland, Maine, miss Kat. If you would like, I can call him now before he gets to the tower." The English accent melted with my own.

"Yes Jarv, that would be great." My voice was followed by a faint ringing and a knowing look from Clint. When Tony picked up, my heart fluttered and tummy bubbled with anticipation.

"You alright?" Tony asked, his voice echoed in the empty jet.

"Yes I'm fine, you?" Our identical worry for eachother was almost marrage-like.

"Uh hu, I'm just above Maine." He mumbled.

"I know, J told me but I wanted to make sure you didnt need any help interrogating him." I told him, he paused for a moment, then sighed giving in.

"Fine, if you really wanna be there when I talk to him, I'll get Jarvis to notify you when I arrive and you can teleport, ok?" I smiled at his words.

"Thank you Tony." I said in a sing-song voice, happy that he finally let me help.

"No problem Kitten." He grumbled. My eyes went wide at the fact he just called me that. In front of Clint. I squeezed my eyes closed in hope he wouldn't notice. Nope. Clint burst out laughing. Like really loud. "Wait. Am I on speaker?" Tony asked over the phone.

"Um hm." I mumbled, hoping he wouldn't strangle me half to death.

"Chesh." He whined, dragging out the word in a school boy manner.

"I'm sorry." I kept my eyes closed as Clint's laughter began to die down.

"I'll text you when I get there." Tony grumbled and hung up.

Clint wiped a tear that had escaped from his eye during his fit and sobered up. I flicked a few control switches and moved out of the copilot seat, Natasha replaced me.

"So are you two a thing?" Natasha asked me, reffering to Tony.

"No. Why does everyone keep asking that?" I mumbled the last part to myself as i strapped up my hands and put leather gloves on that matched my suit.

"Because you care so much about eachother." Nat said mater-of-factly. I grumbled but ignored her. I pulled out the mag on my hand gun and switched it for a fully loaded one. I then cocked it and held it up to check the sight. I slid it into the holster and checked my knives.
