She had been floating through space for who knows how long, actually a few millennia, but hey who's counting. After such a long time curled in a ball she realized that the bright lights wouldn't immediately kill her she very slowly began to unfold. Finally able to see her surroundings, she was both amazed and terrified of the vast bright universe that stretched out in front of her.  She also noticed that she could see herself as well. At first she was confused as to why the space blow her eyes look almost exactly the same as before there were lights. Her skin was almost as dark as the the lack of light was. If observed from a distance she would've appeared to be a dark starless blot against the otherwise colorful universe. She was excited to explore this vast new are available to her. She immediately started moving towards the brightest area she could see. Crossing the distance at an insane speed she immediately began trying to touch every bright thing she could reach. The first planet within reach reflected the light of a nearby star brilliantly. It was such a small thing to her, it barely fit between two of her fingers. In reality it was about the size Earth's moon. While admiring the small bluish speck pinched between her digits she accidentally twitched, crushing the planet to bits. Momentarily upset by her new toy shattering into bits, she quickly moved on. Learning from her previous mistake she refrained from trying to hold anymore planets. Eventually she came across another planet she could barely refrain from holding. It was a tiny thing, barely the size of Earth. With bright blue oceans and purple tinged landmasses, it was like a tiny jewel hanging in space. She spent a very long time just staring at it, trying to map its surfaces in her mind. After staring for another unspecified amount of time, roughly a century for anyone who's counting. She decided to try and get even closer.
