After the whole scene on the carnival, everyone was worried to see you and Lance's damp faces. Since it was time to leave everyone was just waiting on you two to get off the ride, and it wasn't like you two could magically make your tears disappear. You laughed a little as Pidge and Keith ran towards you, both hugging you as if it were the end of the world.

Hunk, Romelle, and Shiro comforted Lance as you both looked at each other, sharing a nervous smile.

You wiped some tears off of your face, "Its nothing, guys. Really, Lance and I just got a little sentimental on the ferris wheel back there."

You grabbed Lance's hand and smiled at him, while the rest of the group looked at each other before realizing the situation. The conversation then changed from your tears to tomorrow's plans.

"I say we go to the beach tomorrow," Allura declared.

"No, we should obviously go to the drive-in theater!" Pidge and Hunk replied.

"I'm with Allura on this one." Adam stood next to her.

"Please, just because you guys are the adults doesn't mean we're always going to agree with you! We're going to the drive-in!" Pidge yelled. The two groups, obviously both annoyed with the other, looked to Shiro for his word on the situation.

"Uh, you guys aren't bringing me into this..." He put his hands up, "figure it out yourselves." The two groups were once again about to argue before Keith groaned, "Just let (Y/N) decide. She's the guest, right?"

To Keith's words, everyone looked at you expectingly as you sweatdropped. "Uh how about we do the drive in first, then we can have a night trip to the beach the next day?" Pidge and Hunk high-fived each other and Allura softly sighed.

Adam attempted to be annoyed with you, keyword: attempted. Shiro wrapped his arms around him and started telling him something inaudible to your ears. Lance rolled his eyes before coughing a little, "how about we get home and you two can get a room there?"

The two stopped, looked at Lance, then laughed a little as they separated. You were about to hop into Allura's car, but Keith pulled you aside. "Hey, so I know there's about a 100% chance that Allura is going to get pulled over again and I was wondering if you wanted to ride my motorcycle back to the house?"

You smiled brightly as you squealed, "You mean it?! Ah, thank you Keith!" Now, the boy was expecting you to go ahead and trudge towards his bike with the keys and he would enter Allura's vehicle, but you didn't have the same idea. You grabbed his hand and took him to the motorcycle before inserting the keys in and the engine starting.

You patted the back seat, "You coming?" Keith stood there for a second, you wanted him on the back of that bike? Wasn't that like every single romantic movie? While Keith didn't have feelings for you, he knew that Lance did. He was about to turn you down, before thinking of how Lance had pranked him the day before you arrived.

Smirking, he sat behind you and put his hands on your waist. "Let's do this."

So there you were, riding a motorcycle at night, probably going past the speed limit, with a guy holding you for dear life. Life was great, until Allura pulled up beside you guys.

Upon noticing the motorcycle Lance gasped, "(Y/N), what are you doing on that death trap?! With the mullet?!" You just softly giggled and muttered out a, "well..." before speeding off into the streets of Altea Hills.

Riding with Keith wasn't exactly romantic. Usually, there would be the whole flustered thing, of being unsure of touching the other. In this case, that wasn't a problem. Plus, usually, the guy would be driving the girl around. A girl inexperienced with biking, that is. The way Keith had been treating you made you feel like he was the brother you (never had/always wished for).

After reaching the house, of course, Allura beat you, you said thanks to Keith then walked to your room. You found the lights off and turned them on before seeing a huge lump in Lance's bed turn to the opposite side of you.

"Turn them off," he grumbled. You raised an eyebrow, "Lance?" "Lance is not here, he's in blanket town." You sat on the edge of his bed, making sure not to hit your head on the bunk up top.

"Well, can I enter blanket town as well?" You asked. Lance's figure didn't move and you took that as an invitation to join him in the blankets. Instead of just both lying there, squished, you pinned the blankets up against the top bunk, so it made a little fort. You grabbed a flashlight and turned off the lights, before turning it on in the fort you had made.

"What's up, Lance?" He refused to look at you, instead looking at something in his arms. You kept on trying to look at him in the eyes, only for him to turn to the side. He reminded you of a pouting toddler.

You finally got a little fed up and tilted his chin up at you, "Lance. What's wrong?" He tried to once again avoid eye contact with you, but he sighed.

"Nothing! Nothing's wrong! And if something was wrong why would you care?! You would probably be too busy hanging out with Keith! Making ou-" He didn't get to finish his words as you gave him a quick kiss on the lips. He stood there frozen for a minute and you tilted your head to the side.

"Keith's like a brother to me, Lancey Lance."

You awkwardly took the cover's down before climbing up to your bunk. You couldn't sleep though. You couldn't shake off the feeling that you might've just ruined your friendship with Lance forever. Is that how he felt? Did he have the feeling of despair and rejection that you were feeling right now?

"(Y/N)?" You heard Lance whisper from his bed below.

"Yeah?" You whispered back, your heartbeat beating faster as you turned your head to the side.

"I like you too," and then as if the situation couldn't get any better. You fell out of your bunk. You awaited the feeling of the hard, wood floor to come, but instead, you felt arms around you. "Lance...? I'm sorry, I mean you were just telling me that- and then I fall out and-," You were cut off as Lance connected his lips with yours. You stopped rambling and wrapped your arms around him.

After a few seconds, you two broke apart gasping for air. "Wow. Uh, uhm. So are we...?" Lance muttered through his breaths. "I think if we both like each other and we just kissed then yeah," you smiled at him, brushing a piece of hair out of your face. "I can't believe it." "Believe what?" You asked.

"That Keith brought us together..."

"Wait, until I tell him about it."

"Nuh-uh! No way! Speaking of no more motorcycle rides with him! Only with me!"

"Heh, jealous much?"

"Shut up," Lance whispered back as he cradled you in his arms.
