As He Towered Over Me (Luke Hemmings Fanfiction)

Chapter 6

I must have feel asleep rather early last night because I woke up earlier than normal. All the other girls were still asleep, so I decide to take a shower and start to get ready for the exciting day ahead. Peyton, Lauren, Harper and I were going to go sight seeing through out the day then to the 5 Seconds of Summer concert.

I take a long, hot shower and get dressed in my favorite 'Sleeping With Sirens' band tee and some basic pair of shorts with my black vans. Peyton woke up and said "I can't wait until later. I can barely hold in all my excitement!" "I know! This will definitely be a night to remember." I respond. Our talking must have woken Harper and Lauren. "Well, i'm going to go get ready then we can go eat." Harper said. 

About and hour later after everyone was dressed and ready to go, we head out to a little diner about a block away from the hotel to get something to eat. We sit down at a booth and a few minutes later a waitress comes over to take our orders. 

We order and eat. After about 45 minutes, we pay for our meals and leave a tip. While leaving the diner, Harper asks "Where should we go first, the British Museum or the London Eye?" "How about the museum first. It's closer so we can save time." Peyton tells us while looking at a map of  London that she picked up at the airport. "Sounds good to me! Just as long as we don't miss the concert later." I say. 

We walk the beautiful London streets before arriving at the British Museum. It was absolutely spectacular inside and out. My favorite part was definitely the mummies from ancient Egypt. 

Harper, Peyton, Lauren and I walked around the museum for a good hour and a half before leaving to go to the London Eye.

When we arrive, we pay about 19 pounds to ride on the most magnificent ride ever. We could see so many famous British landmarks and it took my breath away. "This is amazing," Lauren said to me. "I know! I can't believe we get to experience this." I tell her. She nods her head as a response. 

An half hour later, we all unboard the Eye and walk around for a little while, looking a cute little shops and getting some tee shirts and souvenirs. Peyton looks at her watch and says, "Guys, it's 5:30, we should start making our way back to the hotel to get ready." "It's 5:30 already?!" Harper exclaims. I laugh and say "Yeah, we've been out all day, Harp." "I guess I was having to much fun with you guys to realize." Harper says while pulling us all in for a group hug. We all laugh and hug back. After about 10 seconds, Lauren says "Alright, let's go get ready for the best concert ever!" We all agree and walk back to the hotel.
