Chapter Five: The Bad News Part Two

Hey guys this chapter was so important that I thought that it would need two parts in order to get the message out. Hope you enjoy and I don't own Dragon Ball z.

Goku's POV:

Krillian once again pounds on the door and shouts "Hey can someone open this door please because I don't want use a ki blast, unless your Vegeta then I will just cower in fear" so I open the door for him. When he sees me he immediately raises his eyebrow.

"Goku what are you doing here? I didn't think that Vegeta would want you here" he says with a chuckle but this wasn't the time for jokes. "Uh yeah he did so why don't you sit down and wait for everyone else to come" I lie as I lead him to the couch to relax in.

The next to come was Yamcha and Tien who asked the same thing as Krillian did which I just told them to sit down. After a single hour everyone was here to receive the new of Bulma's passing. People were talking to each other when I finally brave up to tackle this before they started to question why they were here.

I stand on the table(sorry Vegeta) to say "if you would please listen up I have and announcement that is part good and also bad" so they all turn their heads in my direction. I stutter with my word and scratch the back of my head nervously when I finally get out the good part.

"Bulma gave birth to a happy healthy baby girl" then the room bursts out in applause. Piccolo, obviously not carding about the newest sayain, jumped the gun to the bad part. "How about that bad news you said there was" he says as everyone else settles in once again on the edge with suspense.

Again I scratch the back of my head and my other hand twitches in fear as I try to spit out "Bulma's dead" but it came out something like this "uh so bu...she's de...but we can use th..." suddenly Vegeta comes walking down the stairs. "She died shortly after childbirth" and that silenced all of the whispering of my friends.

After a few moments of silence people started to brave up to say their condolences on his loss which was answered with "whatever I don't need your sympathy" until it was only me, Vegeta, Trunks, who was holding the baby I his hands.

Trunk's POV:

I have never seen my dad act like he did in the next few hours of the day and that was of him being a good dad (thought he was a good father a few years ago in a no one is stronger than me kind of way) but this was different than that.

He had cared for Bulla every second of the day when he wasn't fixing up the space pod for our travel or training in the hyperbolic time chamber at Kames Lookout. I spent no time with him for I knew he would just shove me aside like nothing.

A few weeks later I finally decided to see him at the Lookout but I'm not to sure if it will go well but we will just have to find out.

Will Trunks be able to get a conversation with his father? What does the future hold for little Bulla? When will the action begin? When will I stop asking questions? (LOL) Find out soon on the next addition of Dragon Ball Z: Vegeta's Quest
