Chapter Eleven: The One Star Ball And Majin Zarbon

Hello again this is the next chapter of Vegeta's Quest and I hope you've enjoyed this book so far because it's been a ride for me. The battles will go in order of how they died in the Freiza saga but on a hole different level.

3rd Person POV

"Wait up dad don't fight that him without us" Trunks screams trying his best to catch up with his father who had a head start. He looks back at his son smirking "this isn't even my full speed" as he fell back to let them catch up just to fly forward again putting the gap back between them.

He did this a few more times until Trunks had enough of playing charades, so once Vegeta fell back for the hundredth time he flew to his full speed flying by at the speed of light. "Ha ha ha, Trunks wait for me" Goten giggles also flying past Vegeta which makes his face turn red with anger.

"Don't think you won this race you brats!" he flys to them and for the first time enjoying himself. The fun was instantly destroyed when something rushes Vegeta, punching him to the ground, and to there dismay it was Zarbon. "Hello pretty boy how horrible to see you" Vegeta says wiping the blood from his mouth as the bluish-green skinned humanoid stood over him in a fit of evil laughter.

"Don't be so smug Vegeta, just because I failed last time doesn't mean I won't kick your ass this time around" he says in a matter of fact tone moving into a fighting stance with Vegeta following shortly after. As this unfolds Trunks wasn't aware of this new development for he was still racing at full speed yards away from his father.

It took a few moments but he soon senses that there is a strong power just behind him along with his fathers familiar ki. "Crap, Goten follow me" he says noticing that even Goten had fell behind in order to help his dad fight. "Dammit, my cockyness got me separated with them when a new threat arose...and I'm going to miss it" I cursed to himself with a frown before rushing to their aid.

He reached his destination just to find him and some other guy (Zarbon was his best guess) in mid combat. "Great I'm going to have to watch him fight again" he grumbles slightly miffed that he didn't get to fight much so far and hoped a little that he could get a turn (like that would happen) at this guy...or possibly girl?

After a few moments of observing Trunks was finally sick of watching so he came rushed Zarbon from the side his father wasn't attacking. "Oh how cute you have a son, I would gladly exchange him with a corpse if you wish" so he drove all of his attention towards Trunks with all of his strength. He didn't stand a chance for he didn't have any room to throw even a single flick at Zarbon's arm let alone retaliate with a punch.

Seeing his son being defeated in front of his eyes drove him to power up to super sayain two and rush the humanoid with all his power. He didn't expect to see this coming as Vegeta continues the onslaught straight into the ground destroying it into a crater on impact. "Did I mess up your makeup pretty boy" Vegeta joked with a smirk punching Zarbon in the stomach as he puked up light blue blood.

He falls down to his knees coughing up more blood until he stared laughing like a maniac which makes Vegeta rase an eyebrow. "Is there something funny or am I just missing something" he says matter of factly before Zarbon raises his head laughing harder. "You forgot I can transform didn't you" he starts to scream, charging up his next form.

"No you don't" he try's to throw a punch but it was too late, he had finished a few seconds before and was now holding his hand. He laughs before clamping down and breaking the bones in his hand, then throws him down to the ground multiple times. Bloody and battered, Vegeta lay on the ground surrounded by rubble and blood, while Zarbon stands over him with pride.

Trunks POV

I stand up gripping my hurt arm witnessing my father being demolished by the newly transformed Zarbon. "There's nothing we can do" said Goten who looked as bad as I did when I hand him a sensue bean for the each of us. I get an idea in my head that I don't think Goten would have figured in the heat of the moment.

"Goten, don't you see we should fuse!" I say with excitement as he smiles the signature Goku smile nodding "let's do it" but we notice the my father lay on the ground unconscious. "We better do this quick" I say hurrying him behind a rock face so that Zarbon wouldn't find them just yet.

3rd Person POV

"Where are you, you little brat" Zarbon screams in a deep masculine voice different from his first.

"Fu..." Goten says pointing his hands to the left as Trunks says in unison pointing to the right.

"I'm going to find you" he says in a musical tone nearing closer to the hiding spot.

"shion..." they both say moving there hands close to each other enough to the point of almost touching fingertips.

"Ha found you" He rounds the corner just as they touched finger tips fusing into one being. "Haaaa!" they scream and in a flash of light the smirking Goteks was left in front of him. "Ha now is your time to die" he says powering to super sayain rushing to the now shocked Zarbon.

He punches the muscular humanoid before turning around to kick him at the base of the neck sending him flying threw three giant rocks. He flys over to the crash down site kicking Zarbon once again in the stomach just to notice that he had grabbed to boot spinning him around until he shot him in the air as he powers up his ki blast.

Goteks gains focus once again powering up a Kamehameha just to hit Zarbon's as they were in the middle of a ki blast war. Zarbon struggles to fight but it was no use, Goteck was just to strong for Zarbon and he was defeated, and it only took three minutes.

The last twenty-seven minutes were spent with Goteks rubbing in his victory with a very childish victory dance. With a pop of smoke the two friends floated in the air high fiveing each other until he notice that Vegeta was still unconscious so they flew down to give him a sensue bean.

He stands up swallowing up the bean looking up at the crater where Zarbon had been. "You fused didn't you" he says obviously impressed as both Trunks and Goten smirk. The walk out of the crater when Goten trips on something round...the dragon ball! The boys dig with there hands until they could pull it out as the shout in victory "yes now we have two" when Vegeta senses a power.

"Let me see that radar for a sec" Vegeta says reaching over taking the radar from Trunks hand. He looks at it until he glares in disgust as Trunks raises his eyebrow in curiosity. "What's up" he asks as Vegeta hands the radar back to his son who put it pack in his Gi's pocket.

"I think you can handle the next battle, it's not even worth my time" he grumbles flying off into the sky with both boys closely following behind him. "Who is it dad" Trunks asks only to have his dad say one word before turning back.

"It's Guldo" and they flew to the next challenge and the next dragon ball.
