Now. The abandoned Roxxy Theater. In a town not too far from your own.......

The stage was dark, except for a lone spotlight that illuminated a chair in the center of the stage.

All was quiet. Then, someone stepped out of the shadows.

He was tall, with a slim yet  strong looking frame , and seemed to move with the same predatory grace of a wolf or a male model. And he definitely looked the part too. Warm caramel skin, angular features, long black hair and neatly trimmed goatee, and the most lovely pair of emerald green eyes. God, the man was a looker, from his pinstriped suit, to the slight smile playing across his face.

But yet........

There was something in that smile that reminded one of a predator sizing up prey before it struck and devoured the terrified prey whole. And his eyes. Was it just a trick of the light, or did the irises appear to turn midnight black? And one could not forget the one detail on his face that left for some concern......

A scar, one that was on the left side of his face. It was long, and started just above his left eyebrow and ended just underneath his left eye.

One couldn't help but wonder who, or what gave him that scar............

The man walked over to the chair and picked up a microphone that had been lying on it. After a few moments of trying to get it started up, he spoke.

"Now, you're probably wondering why I've brought you all here. But don't worry, your burning questions will be soon answered."

He walked to the front of the stage. "You probably look at me and you think you have me all figured out, don't you?"

"When you see me, you probably just assume that you know me, Curtis Jackson, right off the bat." "Evil." "Clever." "Violent." "Incredibly Charismatic."

"But the one that I hear the most is, Monstrous." He chuckled. "Well, I've gotta tell you, they aren't very far off with that one...."

That's when something in his features changed. He smiled, and his teeth were now incredibly sharp looking and monstrous, and his eyes had changed from green to black.

"But the truth is, you don't know that much about me at all."

Then, Just as quickly as he had revealed his true colors, it almost seemed like he had willed his monstrous features to disappear and be shifted back into his human ones. "What you just saw there was just the tip of the iceberg, because if I revealed my full shifted form....." He snickered. "Well, I'll just say that most of you would either have run for the door screaming or be dead with fear by now."

"But I'm not here to show off party tricks, I've gathered you here for something very special."

"You see, everyone starts off somewhere, and I'd figure I'd tell you my story because I know I can trust all of you to never repeat it. "

He gestured to the darkened audience area.

"So, how did I become the wonderful person that you see before you?"

He paused, as if in though. "Well, a few ways actually, but the funny thing is, every time that I tell this story, it's a bit different."

He continued. "That happens y'know. As time goes on, the details change, but the players...... The players stay the same."

"So I invite you to listen to my little tale. It has everything. Drama, Betrayal, Things lost, Things found, Family, Monsters,Romance, Death, Blood, and an ending that really will bring down the house! Trust me."

He sat down in the chair. "So ladies and gents, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride..........

Hey my beasties, I hope that you enjoyed the first part of my story! Sorry if the chapter is a little short, I just think Curtis would want it that way. Nice and simple, without too much going on and on. Anyway, yes we will be exploring the past of probably one of your guy's favorite OCS of mine in all of it's  glory!

But be warned, this isn't a fairy-tale, this is something much darker and dangerous.......

Anyway, I hope you liked it, and I'll see you soon my beasties!
