"i'm picking you up later tonight right baby," sean asks as you guys walk down the hallway to your locker hand in hand. "yeah i'll be ready by 9 don't worry," y/n tells him. you both had planning your monthly movie night for sometime, but it was always cancelled due to sean having to rehearse with kaycee which you didn't mind. sean quickly pecks your forehead and runs down the hallway to the boys locker room for basketball practice. as he's running a piece of paper falls out his pocket, "sean you dropped something." you pick it up to see your name on it.
you open it care fully to see a simple poem on it:
You came into my life like a star
And filled my heart with joy
You took my pain as if it was yours
And gave me love that no one could
You are the prettiest;
You are the cutest.
If I had to invent a new word,
I would call you the beautifulest.
I don't need paradise
because I found you.
I don't need dreams
because I already have you.
the beautiful poem made you tear up as you reread it over and over again. "sean lew you never cease to amaze me," you say to no one particular for the hallways were now empty and all the could be heard was your footsteps as you walked out the door to your car to prepare for the night with your sweet boyfriend.
