I'm inlove with where I am today, everything that I've been through paid off. This is the fruit of my labor. A milestone I'll share with the people who was with me, through all the shortcomings, from heaviest to the lightest moments of my adventure.
"Hindi parin ako maka paniwala." I suddenly said.
"Na may tinatago kang ganyang ganda?" Tanong ng make up artist ko.
"Well, with everything, parang hindi totoo, noon pangarap lang to." Sabi ko.
"Gusto mo kurutin kite bhie?" Sabi niya bigla.
"Wag!" Sabi ko agad. Her nails ang longer than mine, just to be safe lang haha, baka mag ka sugat ako huhu.
"Okay, tumahimik kana riyan at malapit na akong matapos." Sabi ni Ate Rheann.
I just nodded as a reply.
Ate Rheann is my Mom's colleague, and she's the best when it comes to make up and pageantry. She has been my Make up Artist ever since I was young.
"Just one last touch and you're done." Sabi ni Ate Rheann.
I just smiled, she's putting on some blush.
After a few minutes ay natapos na din.
"Tada! Ganda mo naman, bhie!" She cheerfully said.
"Transfer ka dun sa isang chair." Sabi niya, sabay turo.
I just nodded as a reply.
Dinala niya yung ring light to take a picture of my final look.
I look like a fairy, I'm wearing a long sleeves, knee length floral dress.
"Ganda talaga!" She said as she took pictures of me.
"Fierce look naman." And so I did.
Natigilan si Ate Rheann sa pag picture nung may biglang sumigaw.
"Zamellah!" I looked around to see who called me by my name.
Si Harry. Best friend ko.
"Oh, andito kana?" Tanong ko.
"Obvious ba?" Pambabara niya.
"Really, Harry?" I said, rolling my eyes, then smiled right after.
"Anyways, ba't ang tagal mo dito? Andami ng tao sa labas." Sabi niya.
"Hindi pa ako tinatawag." Sabi ko.
"Bingi ka ba?"
"Hindi."
"Tinawag kita." Sambat niya, in an almost irritated tone.
"Oh baket?" Sagot ko, busy scrolling through my phone.
"Ahem." Ate Rheann interrupted. Makalimotan kong nandiyan siya.
"I'll be heading out first, may pupuntahan pa ako, God Bless for today, Bhie!" She said and kissed me sa cheeks.
"Thank you!" I said.
"By the way, Harry, ang gwapo mo na." Sabi ni sabay wink.
Ate Rheann knows Harry, alam niya na best friend ko ito at nag kikita naman sila if si Ate Rheann make up artist ko.
"Pinapapunta kana dun, ano ka ba Ella!" Sabi niya bigla.
I looked at him, and said, "Talaga ba, Harold?" Tanong ko.
"Oo nga!" He shouted, grabe naman to parang bakla.
"Fine!" I said in defeat, I stood up and went outside the dressing room.
