The next morning I awoke to the door in my room opening, Glenn waddled in, he was dressed in a suit. "Here." He tossed an orange jump suit at me. "Seriously, orange?" I rolled my eyes and stood up, stepping into the ugly fabric and zipping it up. "Are you ready for today?" He asked me as a guard came in and handcuffed my hands in front of me. "As ready as I'll ever be." I sighed as the guard chained my feet together as well.

We walked out of the building where I was escorted into a windowless van. "So you love her, huh?" Glenn looked up at me as he stepped in, but I just shook my head. "I know you think that I'm selfish, but I did it for her. She doesn't need someone like me in her life. She has so much ahead of her, so much potential. I couldn't ruin that for her." I shrugged.

"But you did, because you love her. You trusted her-" I cut him off in an angry rage. "Well I fucking ruined that, so it's over. She hates me, I don't need a fucking reminder." I raised my voice, but Glenn wasn't phased. He just nodded and rest his back against the seat, the rest of the ride was silent.

Charlotte's POV

I was on my way to the court house in hopes to talk on Andy's behalf, he didn't deserve to go to jail. He was a troubled man who needed serious help, the last thing I wanted was for him to be punished. However, my father disagreed. He believed that Andy was a bad person through and through, but he doesn't know him like I do.

When I had arrived I was immediatley greeted by paparazzi and flashing cameras. I was escorted into the court house by a security guard. I took a seat on the prosecuters side, which was to the left of the room. The room was soon filled with reporters and even some fans of Andy's who gave me dirty looks.

About thirty minutes had passed before the judge entered, everyone standing. I was sworn to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. Just then, a door at the front of the room opened, Andy walked out in an orange jump suit with handcuffs around his wrists and ankles. His eyes met mine and he stared at me in shock.

"Charlotte-" He gasped, but was silenced by the officer who had walked him in. He was followed by a short man, who I had assumed was his lawyer. Andy didn't take his eyes off of me, even after he had sat down on the defendants side. "Is that her?" I heard the short man ask Andy, he just nodded as his mouth hung open.

"We are here today on the behalf of Andrew Dennis Biersack-" The judge announced, Andy stood up along with his lawyer. "Who will be respresented by Mr. Oswald under the case of Monclair vs Biersack." I stood up slowly and interupted her. "I will be speaking on Andy's...Mr. Biersack's behalf." She glared at me and then nodded. "Very well, please step up to the witness stand."

I slowly walked up with papers in my hand, everyones eyes were on me. As I took a seat next to the judge I noticed the handful of video cameras that were set up in the back of the room. I handed her my papers as she glanced over them, the room was completely silent. "Ms. Monclair, you state in your claim that you and Mr. Biersack were... well aquainted. What do you mean by this?" She questioned.

"Um, I was his intern. I needed one more reference in order to get into my dream school and my father had worked with Mr. Biersack in the past." She nodded. "It says here that you two had a complicated relationship. Please explain." I took a deep breath and glanced at Andy who was sitting with this head in his hands.

"Well honestly, at first, Mr. Biersack was incredibly difficult to work with-" Andy looked up, our eyes locking. "He was rude, disrespectful, and demanding. However, as he opened up to me, I realized that it was all an act. Andy is not who you all think he is, there is much more to him than just a famous rockstar." She nodded and continued to speak.

"Very sweet, but I want to know more about your relationship. Was it professional, casual or romantic?" I looked around the room at all of the staring eyes before answering. "Casual, but I won't deny that I did have feelings for him at one point." Andy's eyes widened as the judge took notes. "Alright, now please explain in detail what led up to the night of the incident." The judge continued.

I took a deep breath as the memories of that night played back in my head. I looked at Andy who was silently begging me not to expose him, but I had to. Even if it meant that he would hate me for the rest of his life, I had to save him. I wasn't going to lose my chance, not again.

"It all started when he had told me about his recent divorce from his ex wife, Juliet-" Nearly everyone in the room gasped and started whispering. "Order... order!" The judge pounded the gavel on the table, the room became silent. "Please continue." She ordered. I nodded and gathered myself, carrying on.

"Mr. Biersack had opened up to me about his mental health issues and I became extremely concerned, so I had taken it upon myself to try and help him. I had gone with him to his home after an epsidoe he had and ended up spending the night. Long story short, he had... relapsed. I tried to help, but he wouldn't accept it which turned into an argument. Eventually, I had left and went home-" I paused to look at Andy, who was now crying.

"The next morning Mr. Biersack called me into his office and informed me that he wanted to go back home to LA and that he was letting me go. Myself being stubborn, turned it into an argument. I refused to leave and antagonized him, getting in his face. I knew the risk I was taking. Therefore, I take full responsibility for his actions." I ended my testimony, tears swelling in my eyes. The judge jotted down some final notes before turning  to me.

"Is there anything else you'd like to add?" I glanced at Andy again. "Mr. Biersack is a troubled man who needs help, not punishment. I will not press charges, and I hope that you can see the good in him like I did." I walked back to my seat and sat down, praying that Andy's Lawyer had a good plan.
