There are two kinds of fairies. These two are FAERIES and PIXIES. Lots of people thinks, faerie and pixie are the same thing, but that is not correct. There is a huge difference between these two kinds.
There are a few facts about these two kinds;
FAERIE
A human height, usually young woman, very connected to nature. Faerie has got wings (optional) and fairy dust. Uses one of 5 elements (Air, Water, Fire, Death, Earth) and its under-elements. A very good friend with animals and nature. Adores pixies and they are very good friends.
PIXIE
Around 25 centimeters tall, more known to humans. Not so connected to nature, but still very much. Wings and fairy dust. Male and female pixies. Living in groups, usually inside trees or even their own little house. Having lots of powers. Very good friends with faeries.
As you can see, they are two very different kinds.
