Chapter 15: The accident part 1

A.N- Hope you guys like this chapter!! Only part one of the accident! It's midnight here and I am tired! Must go now! hope you like it! By the way, this chapter is a little gory. Not to horrible or I wouldn't be able to write it, but just a warning! -courtney<3

Courtney's P.o.V:

I woke up to hear an annoying beeping sound. bEep bEep blop bEep bEep blop. Ugg. Who do I need to kick to make it stop. My head hurt like crazy, and it felt like my arm was broken. I still hadn't opened my eyes, but, where ever I was smelled like madicine. Was I in a hospital? What happened? At that moment, I felt someone holding my hand. I was the only part of me that diddn't ache. I opened my eyes to see Niall asleep in an uncomfortable looking chair next to me. He looked pale, and had tear straks on his face. How long had I been out? The last thing I remember is the big truck comming at my car going the wrong way. I looked at the clock, HOLY SH!&! It was 9am. That means I had to have been out for AT LEAST a whole day.

"N-Niall." I said as loud as I could. It, wasn't verry loud though. My voice was still weak. But it woke him up.

"Your alive!!" He said, jumping up. "You've been out for about a week. I thought you were dead. The doctor did not. But I diddn't believe him!" He said this all verry fast.

"Please tell me what happened." I begged Niall as he sat back down, and began to explain.

One week earlier: Tia's P.O.V:

I screamed as the 18 wheeler cam towards us. It was headed straight for Courtney's side of the car. Hannahh screamed as well. Courtney kind of just drove in shock, not being able to stop the impact. She let the truck hit her, so it wouldn't put as much force on me or Hannahh. Before the Impact, I heard the guys cars screech to a stop, and shouting. I think I was the only one that stayed conceous after the impact. I screamed loudly though, as I saw the truck ram into Courtney's side of the car. Hannahh felt a lot of the impact too, less than me (I was in the backseat), And I saw blood coming from courtney's head. I could hear Liam on the phone with 911, and Zayn comforting Niall. Harry and Louis were on the ground bawling. I yelled for them.

"HARRY, LOU, GET OVER HEAR AND HELP US! COURTNEY 'S HEAD IS BLEADING, HANNAHH'S PASSED OUT BUT I'M BLOODY AWAKE SO GET OVER HER AND GET THE INJURED ONES OUT OF THE CAR!" I yelled. They all looked suprised to hear my voice. I was awake, my leg was KILLING me but the others were both unconcious, so I figured they needed to get out first. Some big, drunk dude sat on the side of the rode, not even helping! I assumed he was the driver of the semi, what an a^^hole!! I saw Harry, Louis, Niall and Zayn, (Liam was still on thephone with 911) came over to pull Courtney out of the car first. She had gotten hit the worst of any of us. Niall pulled her out, trying not to freak out, but as soon as he saw her, he broke down in tears, while pulling her out to safety, with the help of Louis. I saw what bad shape she was in. Her leg looked broken, her head was bleeding, she had a huge gash in her arm, and the uniform she'd been wearing was covered in red. I heard Harry start to come for me but I protested, much like Jimmy.

"No get Hannahh. She's unconceous. I may be hurt but I'm awake at least." I could hear the pain in his voice as he agreed. He and Louis pulled Hannahh out. She wasn't as bad as Courtney, not any gashes on her, but her arm looked broken. Louis took her and layed her in the grass, near where Niall was with Courtney. They were both crying, but Niall was a lot worse off than Louis. Finally, Harry and Zayn pulled me out of the car. I grabbed Courtney's cell on the way out, we'd have to call her parents in Ancorage, and Nobody but her had their numbers. Harry pulled me out. I looked up at the sky and thanked god that I was ok. I had gotten WAY less than the others. It was just my one leg, but it hurt because it was brused everywhere. My legwas almost purple. I hugged Harry tightly, and cryed into his shirt. My two best friends might be dead. I sobbed, as Harry tryed to calm me down. By the time the ambulance got their, I had coposed my self. I stood on one leg, balencing on Harry. The abulance driver, who was also a close family friend of Courtney's, (small town, small world.) his eyes got wide when he saw the scean. He loaded Courtney and hannahh into 2 of the 3 amblences waiting. They spead off. One of the Poilce officers, also a close family friend to Courtney's family, (I said it was a small town!) Came to ask us some questions. After asked how it happened, who was involved, (His eyes got wide and sad when I said,'Courtney Lucas') and if I was ok, obviously the others were not, he went to arrest the drunk man that hit us with the semi. A firefighter asked me to get in the ambulence, but let Harry come with me because I needed a whole lost less treatment than Hannahh and Courtney. I felt so bad for Niall and Louis, not being able to go with them. Niall was still bawling when the man shut the door, and Louis was still upset, but he'd regained his composire. I remember the guy giving me a shot of some sort, and I passed out, I woke up about a minute later.
