Ponyboy- one word. Grumpy. He isn't a morning person and when he is that just means that the morning benefits to him or soda is making breakfast.

Sodapop- happy. He tries to make every day the fullest and when he wakes up second meaning darry is cookin he knows it's going to be good.

Darry- he is well put together when he first wakes up and while doing his hair he gives himself a pep talk that he is thankful none of the boys here. EVER

Steve- ugly is all I gotta say( no offense he is my favorite character a long with twobit) his attitude is ugly, he looks a bit ugly, and its just ugly but you have to admit to you its the perfect face to wake up too.

Dally- Sore. He wakes up sore from the previous night (wink wonk) or from walking from place to place. Ya know the usual

Johnny- he wakes up nicely. He's the type to look nice and feel nice, and is all around a morning person

Twobit- he wakes up hungover
