Sweet Dreams

Chapter 6

~5 months later~

I woke up with a start. "Shh, Its only me." He said and he got all the way in bed and I cuddled beside him. He wrapped his arms around my waist.

Ive moved in with Alex after 4 months of us dating and this last four months has been the best months of my life.

"Sorry for waking you." He whispers kissing my forehead. "Its okay." I say smiling up at him. He looks down at me and we kissed. "Alright. Good night." I say and his arms tighten around my waist.

- Next Morning -

I wake up alone. "Alex?" I call. no answer. Then I realise that the shower was on. "Oh." I say and lay back down. The water stops and a few minutes later Alex comes out only in a towel. I told my self I needed to not stare but my eyes said different. He turned and caught me. I blushed and he chuckled. "Its okay." He said walking over and kissing my cheek.

I stood up and hurriedly got dressed when he went back into the bathroom with his clothes. When I was done getting dress he walked in wearing his usual suit. He hugs me and kisses me.

"I love you." He says "I love you too." I say back kissing him again. We exit our room and we walk down the stairs to the dining room to have breakfast.

"Good morning." Renfield said walking in with breakfast. "Morning Renfield." I say sitting beside Alex. Renfield sets our breakfast in front of us and leaves.

- Time Skip -

We were sitting on the couch and I cuddled into him more and he asked the question I was hoping he'd never say.

"Would you want to be a vampire?" I sat up and looked at him. "W-Why are you asking that?" I ask look at him in the eyes. "Because when I said I wanted to be with you forever, I ment it." He said. "I dont know, Alex." I say looking at my hands. "I mean we could wait a while longer if you want." He said sounding disappointed.

"Please just let me think about it okay? Ill have the answer by the end of the week." I say promising him. "okay." He says and I cuddle back into him.

That night laying in bed with Alex's arms wrapped around my waist, I think of all the possibilities of me becoming a vampire. All the good and bad. what if I do become one? Do vampires really kill people? If so, then will I kill people? Will I be able to have kids? All these thoughts ran through my head that I didnt realise that I stayed up all night thinking that I didnt fall asleep.

its going to be a long day.
