Chapter 9: Baku-Owari PT 1

Last time on Bakugan: Vestal Heroes 

After the fakes were determined, inside the building spectra and Gus had rescued some people still stuck inside. Maron was away on a mission for the house of Crest (a vestal mercenary tracking unit to stop mercenaries). Professor clay had escaped safely from the laboratory with henry and his research backed up on large data storage device (cylinder in shape, metal, silver and plain on the outside). Baron was in a library at the time trying to research what the garmentzes people actually were and where they came from. His only clues were that they originally came from Vestroia.

The heroes have been searching for a week. having found no site of the invaders.

"We can't give up." – Baron

"Trust me I feel the same." – Keth

"Taking Gus was the last straw. I know they are still here somewhere, we need to find them." – Baron

"Don't cloud your judgement, we can't guarantee that he hasn't escaped from their clutches yet." – Professor clay

After that professor revealed that he had contacted Mira and told her what was going on in vestal. Upon searching for him she had concluded that there was no sign and the only clue was a biological transmission travelling to earth.

"Right, I am heading out!" – Baron (upset)

"Me and Keth will head west now" – Maron

(Maron, Baron and Keth all exit)

"I wish I could do for them, having Gus gone like that must be hard. It's not ready yet though." –Professor clay

"You will do a fine job professor, I will be back I am heading to my location now." – Ace

(Ace leaves)

"If only you knew. Ace. I can't finish it in time." – Professor clay

Eastern town market

Baron was on his way to a market to gather Intel, whilst he was walking down the market undistracted and looking for possible clues, baron had overheard a conversation between a merchant and a farmer, "The show will be happening tomorrow that alien freak deserves what is coming to him." – Merchant

The merchant was an old grey haired man who looked between his mid-40. After that baron turned and his shoulders slightly raised along with his eyebrow like a cheetah just about to pounce on his prey. A moment later realising he was being watched by a women, he immediately changed his shoulders relaxed and his straightened. With his new found reserve he approached the old man and said:

"Hey mister when is this freak show going to happen and where exactly will it be held." – Baron

The old man slightly alarmed by his intrusion replied: "It will be held in an hour at the Koha's assembly, it's about half a kilometre from here east." – Merchant

(Baron left for the Koha assembly)

Koha Assembly and Forest

"That kid has guts going up to someone he doesn't know, teach him miss to never cross an old man with a grey hat." – Merchant

The women who was right behind him had vanished, no questions asked.

At the Koha assembly, Baron had finally gazed upon the alien. It was a Garmentzes man who had been ridiculed by all the people in the village. He advanced to the crowd and "you people should be ashamed of yourselves how could you pick on a vulnerable guy like him, leave him alone!" – Baron
