To many people, poop—and anything related to it—is taboo. To many people, it doesn't matter that everyone does it, or that many people struggle with it.

Over 20% of the world's population suffers from chronic constipation, and nearly everyone is constipated once.

While 20% may not seem like a lot, once you consider that there are over 7,442,000,000 people in the world, the numbers end up being around 1,488,400,000. That's over a billion people!

Those lucky people who don't constantly struggle with constipation don't realize how horrible the whole thing is—how you have to sit on the toilet for hours, how your whole days are spent with the thought in the back of your head— I need to poop. Because you do, but for some, that's hard.

In this book, I've collected every single tip that I learned while frantically googling from the toilet, because that's what I do when I'm stressed. If anyone who reads this has any tips, comment, or if you (like many people) are embarrassed that you're even in a position where you need to read this, send me a private message and I'll add it in. Have a specific problem? I'll see if I can help. I'm no doctor, but I do what I can to help people who struggle same as me.

So read on, and save your bowels!
