Auriel walked over to me handing me kehlani, Aminah was walking by her side then sat down next to her dad.
Auriel: you're gonna go to mommy now ok ?
I smiled and just looked down at her. I smiled so much.
Michael: she has your eyes, mainly green though
I looked at Michael then Auriel with a smile. Auriel was crying. She usually doesnt cry over anything because she is a tough cookie but this got to her.
Me: Auriel are you good ?
Auriel: yes I'm fine, I'm just happy to be a proud auntie
Chadwick walked in with Athena and Chase with their hands connected. Chadwick's smile expanded.
Me: chadwick!!
Chadwick: B ! OMG look at the mommy of two. She already has a lot of hair !
I laughed and agreed with him, I looked over at Michael and asked if wanted to hold her. Michael didn't hesitate to say yes. He stood up and carefully picked her up.
Michael: shes so tiny and cute, Auriel can you take a picture please ? I want one of me then with everyone else
Auriel: of course !
Auriel took a pic of Michael with Kehlani, then me and the two, then it went all around the room.
Auriel: wait ! I gotta take a picture with my sister and my cute little niece.
I smiled so much, Michael placed kehlani back into my arms and Auriel and I posed for the picture. That picture will forever be a memory.
