I held Maya in my arms as I was forced to follow the people "I'm Eliza" a girl says with tears rolling down her cheeks "Dixie, and this is Maya" I said softly as Maya was asleep "why did Dani want to save you two, huh? why?" A guy spits annoyed, he was the one who killed John.

"She's my sister" I said glaring at him "Dani never mentioned you" Eliza says frowning "Maya is as well, we had two other sisters and a brother but our Mother killed our sisters and that asshole killed our brother but John wasn't family after what he did to Dani" I said disgusted.

"What'd he do" the guy asks angrily "he tried to touch her, his own sister and she bit his finger off" I said and everyone covered their ears as he growled very loudly & angrily before punching a tree until it fell with a massive thud.

I raise an eyebrow as the other people looked scared shitless "damn, someone's pissed off" Maya says rubbing her eyes "nice language for a 6 year old" a guy snorts dropping his hands and crossing his arms "if you wanna find Dani, why don't you look in her old room, she used to keep a journal about a secret place her and our Dad used to go every year" Maya says tiredly.

"It's under her bed, I may have read it a few times" I said sheepishly "you could have mentioned that before we left" The guy growls annoyed "take Maya, I'll go get it" I said rolling my eyes, Eliza takes Maya "it'll take too long" another guy says groaning "obviously you've never heard of a secret passage" Maya mutters as I find the rabbit hole behind the old tree.

"Your going down that?" the guys asks with raised brows "Nuh shit" I snort and jump down, I land on my feet in Dani's closet, I kick open the door and stroll towards her bed, I knelt down and grab the dusty journal, I stood up and saw blood on my pants, I look around and saw more blood, Dani's blood!!??.

"Wtf" I said confused, I quickly shove the journal into my belt and started climbing up the hole, "here" A guy says holding his hand out, I grab it and he hauled me out, I felt tingles and quickly pulled away "what happened?" Eliza asks looking at the blood "it's all over Dani's room" I said pulling the red journal out, I wipe the dust off.

"Here" I said throwing it to the guy, he caught it and started reading....
