"I don't wanna"

"Cmon, Richie it's time to go to day care" Maggie told Richie as Richie grabbed a fruit snack.

"I know mommy but I want a fruit snack" Richie said as he ran out of the kitchen holding not one, but 8 fruit snacks.

Maggie was about to walk out of the door when she saw Richie and his bulk amount of fruit snacks.

"Your not eating 8 fruit snacks" Maggie said and reached her hand out for Richie to give them to her.

Richie pulled them away from her and put them in his backpack "Your right, i'm not eating 8 fruit snacks. I'm eating 4 and giving the rest to my friend Eddie. He has never had fruit snacks before. His mom said they have cancer causing cereals or something."

Maggie looked down at Richie and furrowed her eyebrows. "Cancer causing chemicals, Richie."

"Ok whatever" Richie said and zipped up his backpack.

Maggie drove Richie to school and the whole time they were in the car Richie was talking and Maggie was pretending that she was paying attention.

When they arrived to the school it was dropoff time so all the kids were on the playground "Bye mom." Richie said after he got his backpack and slammed the car door shut.

Maggie drove off as a lady attempted to escort Richie to the playground but he was already running too far from her.

Richie made it to the playground and looked around for the other young boy.

When Richie spotted Eddie he ran to him.

"Wow Richie. How can you run so much?" Eddie asked the taller boy

"Because I am cool like that." Richie said and smiled

"I can't run as much as you. The doctor said I have asthma which means my lungs will die."

"Ass ma?" Richir asked, confused.

Eddie gasped "Oh my! Richie no! Don't say the forbidden A word!"

Richie furrowed his eyebrows "Well you said it first."

"I said asthma. And plus if your friend jumps off a cliff are you going to jump too?" Eddie said and made a sassy look at Richie.

"Yes. Anyways I have the stuff." Richie said and smirked.

"What stuff?" Eddie said and opened Richie's backpack

"The good stuff" Richie replied

"The fruit snacks?! My mom says they are the forbidden fruit. They are what Adam and Eve ate when they got in trouble by God!"

"Your mom lied to you. Fruit snacks are like heaven itself." Richie said as Eddie pulled a fruit snack out of Richie's bag and examined it.

"Your like the evil snake in the bible that convinced Eve to steal the fruit!" Eddie said and gasped

"If you don't eat the fruit snack I will make you"

"But Richie, I don't wanna"
