As you know, I didn't know what to do. 

I wasn't as close to Annie anymore ever since she got mad at me. I wasn't comfortable talking to her because I felt like she didn't like me anymore so I just avoided her. 

When he told me that they broke up, I didn't know if I should talk to her about it or waited till she told me. 

I decided to wait until she was comfortable talking to me. I waited and waited for weeks. 

She never told me. 

I texted her weeks later and asked her for some help in homework. In reality, it was just an excuse to be able to talk to her. When she finally answered, she didn't text me the same and instead sounded dry and is she was trying not to be rude, but sounded very forced. 

I knew something was up so I texted Charles. 

He told her I knew. 

He told me that she was disappointed that I wasn't there for her and asked her how she was doing. At first, I wanted to explain myself because I knew I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't say or do anything because the last time I did, it brought problems. 

I minded my own damn business. 

The one time I don't mind my own business, I get in trouble for no minding my own business. 

I texted her saying that I was waiting for her to tell me about it until she was comfortable talking about it because I felt that we really weren't on good terms. 

After telling her my point of view, she kinda just ignored it and said that she wouldn't hold grudges. 

I texted her here and there and commented on her pictures and she responded as if were good friends again. 

Boy was I wrong.
