I am wondering about the other side.

What lies beyond these bars.

Caged by hesitation, crippled by doubt.

I hate myself for being shackled by hopelessness.

Reaching, always seeking for things unacceptable.

Afraid of the lingering darkness but unconsciously  enthralled by the promise of madness.

Thrown in an abyss an endless pit of cruelty,  welcomed by judgement, greeted by accusation.

Solitude  is my lover, showering kisses of cold and embracing me with silence.

I am on the floor vulnerably naked, haphazardly chained and bound.

Passionately making love with temptation.
