Insomnia

Chapter 6.

I woke up with a bright light hitting my face. I held my hand in front of the light trying to capture sight from my surroundings. It seemed like i was in a hospital.

But how did i get here?

There were several wires plugged into my arms and chest and i was wearing a hospital gown.

I pulled the wires off my chest and arm and sat up.

"What are you doing!?" I heard a female voice say. I saw my mom running towards me and pressing me down onto the bed.

"Mom what's happening!?" I asked stressed out.

"Oohh you're confused, i'm not your mother" she said. What is she talking about!?

"Lay down!" She said angry and the room got filled with doctors and surgeons.

They started to touch my arm and plugged in the wires.

"Don't touch me!" I yelled pulling the hands away.

"Son, keep it down will yah" i heard a deep voice say but i couldn't see who it was cause of the light.

I started kicking around and stood up straight jumping off the bed.

I ran out the hospital room i was in and kept running trough the hall untill the hall was fading in nothing but white light.

I stopped and tried catching my breath. I held my hands on my knees and my head down while breathing heavy.

I then heard foot steps in front of me and looked up. There was a boy standing about 20 meters away from me with his back facing me.

He looked like.."Jai!?" I said. An echo filled the space i was in and the boy turned around.

A smile appeared on my face and i ran to him jumping in his arms.

"Omg Jai, so much is going on and i'm so happy to see you-it looked like mom didn't know who i was and i had all these wires plugged into me and" i stopped myself and took a breath.

"Take a deep breath" Jai said rubbing my back. I calmed down knowing that Jai was by my side.

"Now lets start with your name" Jai said pulling away.

"M-my name?" I asked him worried.

"Well you have a name don't you silly?" Jai said and chuckled.

"I'm your twin brother Luke!" I said to him getting a bit pissed.

He furrowed his eyebrows "i don't know you"
Everything stopped for a second.

He didn't know who i was!? How doesn't he noticed it's me!?

I took a step back not believing what he just said.

"Well..Luke i think you're a little confused don't you think? It's probably from the medication. Here let me help you" he said grabbing my arm but i snatched it away.

"Get away from me you scumbag!" I said not believing that he was treating me this way.

"Calm down, they will bring you back to your room" Jai said.

Room?

I then felt a pair of hands grabbing my arm and harshly dragging me to these flip doors.

"LET ME GO!" I screamed and looked at the expression on Jai his face. He looked at me with a sympathetic smile.

I was forgotten..

I then woke up and winced in pain when i felt my back crunch.

My breathing hitched for a second "it was just a dream Luke...just a dream!" I said to myself rubbing my forehead.

I heard music blasting trough the house and noticed i fell asleep during day.

"Shit" i sweared in myself and stood up groaning in pain. My back hurted like hell, but i didn't wanna miss the party.

I went downstairs and looked for my mates

Luke couldn't find anyone and was now drinking something in the kitchen by himself.

That's untill he heard a loud noise coming from the livingroom. Something like a bottle breaking and a fammiliar high pitched scream.

Luke ran towards the sounds and looked at the sight in front of him. Some random guy was throwing bear bottles at his little brother. Luke's body started to fill up with anger.

"OI!" He yelled getting really pissed off. Everyone backed away and looked at the situation that was going on.

"Feeling good throwing bottles at someone that's smaller than you don't you idiot!?" Luke said spitting out the words from anger. He was on the edge of punching him to the ground.

"Mhhh yeah i do kinda" the guy said and threw a bottle at Luke but he held his arm in front of him catching it while it was breaking and walking forward in the mean time.

"YOU FUCKFACE C'MERE!" Luke yelled getting pushed over the edge. His temper now letting lose.

He grabbed the guy by his collar and threw him to the ground. He kneeled down and started punching him.

"STAY. AWAY. FROM MY. LITTLE. BROTHER!" Luke spat throwing a punch with each word.

He continued the punching untill his own nose started to bleed. He didn't care and kept going untill the guy was bleeding.

"Luke! Stop it!" Jai yelled with tears forming in his eyes. He ran over to Luke trying to push him off the guy but it was no use. Luke was stronger and barely noticed that Jai was there cause he was too pissed and angry at this piss drunk guy.

"Stop it!" Jai said hitting Luke's back with his little fists. Luke felt little bumps hit his back and turned around looking down at his little brother and chuckled.

"You're adorable" Luke said randomly, not really knowing what he was saying and turning around kicking the guy.

"Luke!" Jai yelled again. But this time he stepped in front of him placing his hand on his cheek.

He saw the anger in his eyes change into a sympathetic expression. Jai noticed he looked down real sad and then stepped away from the guy. Luke walked away leaving the room and going upstairs into his room. He didn't care about that stupid party anymore.

He took off his clothes leaving himself in his boxers and slipping into bed.

He heard someone came into his room and he automatically groaned. "The party is downstairs scumbag" Luke said.

"I'd rather be here to be honest" ..
