Chapter 35 - Long Time No See

"Okay class, here's your summer homework. Remember to hand this in on the first day of school because it is IMPORTANT OKAY" the teacher screamed

What is up with this lady today?

"She's probably tired and wants us to get out of school quicker" Jungkook whispered

I smiled and rolled my eyes.

I looked at the homework and my eyes widen

"Please read 30 books with at least 100 pages and do a book report for every one of them"

That was my English homework. Does she know I'm really not much of a reader?

Every class went by and our bags were filled with papers we have to do over the summer.

When the day was almost over, I started getting a lot of attention.

"Y/n, you wanna hang out with me after school?"

"Do you want to go to the ice cream store after school? My treat"

"Oh my god there you are! Will you go to my birthday party next week y/n?"

Many more questions were asked all at once. Okay so at first I was nothing but a slut and now people are asking me to hang out?!
Oh wait. Jungkook. That's why.

And now that my parents are back, he won't be able to come to my house anymore :(

At home, I wandered around like a zombie. I was dying of boredom.
I think my mom saw how dead I was so she told me I can go outside.

I knew where I was going

Jimin and Chanyeol's house

"Hi can I talk to Jimi-"

"Y/n! Come in! Jimin and Chanyeol are in their room! Want a cup of tea? Want some cookies? We have plenty!" my aunt said

I was practically dragged in their house.

"Oh my god you actually came!" Jimin said

"Yoo why does this feel like a dream? You never visit!" Chanyeol added

"I came here to see you guys because I feel bad for not coming for a long time" I explained

We all sat down with our cookies and tea and talked about what's going on in life. It's been a while since I been to their house. Nothing changed. Just a few paintings got taken down.

"After school ends, let's ask our moms to have a family reunion" Chanyeol said

"Hyung, we keep saying that but it never happens" Jimin scoffed

"Don't worry. This time, I'll make sure this reunion happens" I smiled
