I dizzily look at Alex, my view slightly distorted from being on the ground. His neck has multiple scars from when I stabbed him. "So, any last words, Tim?" He asks, cocking the gun and holding the trigger. "H-...How did you s-survive?" I question, on the brink of unconsciousness. "Well, I had a bit of...help." he chuckles, standing up. "Goodbye, Tim." He smiles. I shut my eyes and wait for him to pull the trigger. I hear two gunshots and feel a burning pain in the side of my neck, making me open my eyes from shock. I hear Alex yell out and drop the gun, stumbling to the side. I look at where the first shot came from and see Jay holding up a spare gun that Brian had dropped, aimed at where Alex was standing. He was still on the ground and had multiple bandages around his chest and head, with scars on his neck. He was never the kind of person to be able to shoot someone, but I'm so happy he's alive. It doesn't help with that drug Seth gave me, though. What did he give me? It wasn't a knock out drug, I would be unconscious by now if it was. I see Seth run over and tie Alex up with rope, making sure he didn't have any other weapons on him. Jay aims the gun at him. "Jay, don't." I say, hearing the pain in my voice as my vision beginning to fade. I see Seth run over to me, pressing a cloth against my neck.

"Come on, Tim. Stay with me." I hear him say, shaking my arm to keep me awake for as long as possible. I shift slightly, trying to stay awake by causing my body pain but I can't. All feeling in my body is gone. the drowziness continues, getting stronger by the second as I start to have difficulty breathing. I hear Seth swearing and yelling out for Brian, taking out his phone. He speed dials him and tells him the situation. I can't stay awake for much longer. I feel Seth shake me and shout my name, desperate to keep me awake, as my body begins to get heavier and harder to move. I hear Brian run over, taking the cloth from Seth and applying a bit more pressure. "Hey, Tim." He says, trying to start a conversation. "Can you hear me?" He asks, nudging me slightly. "Y-yeah." I manage to say between slipping in and out of consciousness. Why am I suddenly so weak? "Do you think you'll be able to stay awake for me?" He asks, noticeably worried. As he asks this my vision fades more, making it nearly impossible to see. "I..." I can't. I try to respond, but I can't. "Tim? T-" He gets cut off from me passing out for a second "-ay with me! Come on, stay awake!" He says, shaking me as the world goes silent again, this time for longer. "-no no! Don't pass out, Tim! Please don't pass out!" I hear him say, sounding like he was going to cry. I can't believe what i'm putting him through.  I .feel him grab my wrist and look at his watch, checking my pulse. I hear his breathing hitch as he starts to panic. "Tim?" I hear Jay say, the hurt in his voice making me feel even more guilty. Why am I always the one who has to be put through this torture? Alex deserves it more than me, right? "-uck did you give him, Seth?" I hear Brian yell at him as I pass out for a few more seconds "-ame thing you told me to! You can't blame this on me!" He responds, throwing Brian a bottle of pills. Brian looks the bottle over as he reads the label. "This isn't what I gave you." He says, concerned. "Yes it is, Brian. You gave me this bottle and said to give him one for the pain. And you can't deny it because I have proof." He argues, lifting up a tape. "Seth, this isn't what I gave you! I-it can't be what I gave you.." He repeats more aggressively, shoving the pills into his pocket. "Well they're painkillers, aren't they?" He replies, walking over to Alex who is still struggling on the floor against the rope. I hear Brian swear as he kneels down next to me again. "Tim, can you still hear me?" He questions, taking a syringe out of a first aid kit he had in his bag. 'Yes, I can hear you!' I want to say, but my mouth doesn't let me. I can see his panic increase dramaticaly at my lack of response. "G-good. Listen, i'm going to give you a quick injection that's going to help, ok?" He continues, talking to me like I was a five year old as he grabs my arm, injecting a clear liquid into my vein. I wince, making him seem a bit calmer. Why was me being in pain something he's happy about? And why did I just let him inject that random liquid into my arm?

"Seth, hold this here applying a decent amount of pressure" Brian says, handing the cloth back over to him and walking over to a small fire pit, lighting it while holding the flat edge of a knife over it. What is he doing? "Hey, you doing ok?" Seth asks me, holding it slightly harder than Brian was. "K-...Kinda" I say, forcing myself to say it though still extremely weak. The possibility of passing out still not gone. "Have any questions?" He continues, looking over his shoulder at Alex, who was still saying death threats to all of us. "Wh...what did you give me..?" I ask. "Ok, so here's the thing. Brian gave me a bottle of pills and told me to give you one. So I did. It's not my fault he gave me the wrong pills." He whispers, his mask getting a bit too close for comfort. "Seth." Brian warns, walking back over with the knife. He kneels down and takes the now red cloth off my neck. "This is going to hurt, Tim." He tells me, flipping the knife so the flat side of it is facing my neck. He's not going to do what I think he is, right? "Three, two.." He presses the burning hot knife against my neck, causing immense pain to shoot through my body for the two seconds he held it there for. "One" He finishes, removing the knife and grabbing a bottle of alcohol, splashing it on a cloth and pressing it up to my neck. I don't have time to recover from the knife when he does this, so I sit bolt upright and hit my back against the tree as I throw my hands over my mouth to stop myself screaming, screwing my eyes shut. I don't know whether it was the pill wearing off, the injection Brian gave me, or if the pain canceled the pill out, but I was fully awake now and about to hit Brian around the back of the head for not warning me he was going to do that. "There, now you won't bleed to death." He says, chuckling at my reaction. "I fucking hate you! Give me a warning next time!" I yell at him, everything still hurting but i'm pissed off to care. "Hey, tim! I'm just going to scold your neck with a burning knife, then pour alcohol over it!" He warns sarcastically "Yeah...If I had said that, I don't think you would've gone through with it. Unless, I did say it was going to hurt." Yeah..He has a point. He at least warned me about that... "Tim?" I hear Jay say again, causing me to look at him. He looked and sounded really weak. I feel so guilty. Brian grabs my arm and helps me stand up. The pain from before had come back, but the adrenalin that I had was a lot stronger. I walk over to Jay and kneel down beside him. He looked awful. "A-are you..o-ok?" He stutters out, smiling through the immense pain he was obviously feeling. "Take this, Jay. Trust me, it'll help." Brian says, holding out a pill. "And before you ask, this isn't the medication I gave to Tim." He quickly adds, making me instantly feel better. Jay takes the pill and sits up, wincing a bit. "What did you give me then..?" I ask him, thinking about how worried he seemed throughout the whole ordeal. "Well...If you're referring to the medicine I injected into your arm, it was just naloxone. If you're referring to the drug Seth gave you, however...Uh...Let's just say I thought I gave you Hydrocodone, a much stronger painkiller than paracetamol, but I must've got the bottles mixed up in the panic and accidently got him to give you Fentanyl..." He admits, trailing off while looking at the pills. Fentanyl? Isn't that extremely deadly? "Why do you have Fentanyl?" Jay asks, looking very concerned. "I have my reasons." Brian snaps, causing Jay to flinch back. I look at Alex. Seth has tied him against a tree and gagged him with a branch. I must admit, it's kinda creative. "What are you going to do with him" I inquire, giving Alex a death stare. "I don't know, Tim. What are we going to do with him." Seth responds sarcastically, as though I should already know. I stay silent as he glares at me through his mask. "We're gonna kill him, you fucking spaz! What else would we do?" He yells, getting out a knife. This startles me and Jay while making Brian sigh. "That's not going to work..." He says, stopping Seth only inches away from stabbing Alex. "How the fuck would you know, huh?" He spits, plunging the knife into Alex's chest. His scream is muffled by the stick as blood runs down the knife. Brian takes out a bottle of my pills as he takes one, offering me and Jay one as well. I grab the pills from him and try to figure out how the hell they keep stealing them. Well, this time it's kinda obvious, they got them from my backpack, which they still haven't given back to me. Seth steps back, chuckling to himself while watching Alex bleed. "I'd suggest you take one, Tim." Brian says, motioning to the pills.
