Chapter 14; New Kid

"Did you successfully trigger her ability?" The figure said while glancing outside the viewer. Being on the top floor of this condo, he can have a clear view of the roaming city.

"I did, took me a while." The color of chestnut painted on her hair as she move a strand of her hair to the back of her ear.

"Good, now it's just matter of time before she transfer to IP Highschool." The male said as he turn around, his eye glancing at the wall with pictures of the ability users. At the exact middle, it was pinned with an image of a female. Her eyes, scribbled in black before a noticeable writing of the name is printed at the bottom. Xia LanYin that was the name written at the bottom.

"That girl named JiaChing, when did she begin developing the ability?" He asked, picking the picture of JiaChing that's pinned on the side.

"Not long, probably in two years." The female said as she sat down on the couch, her leg crossed as she lean back comfortably. "I can try to make it sooner, that's is... if you want."

"Alright, I trust you on your missions, June." The voice said before the male pour himself a glass of wine.

YanJun didn't thought much as his alarm turn on. He got himself up, trying to stay awake much as possible. His hand reached for the closet, it's only then, he realize the empty closet. He have slept here yesterday night, and after school today, he have to move in.

"I'm living with Droplet now." YanJun smile gently to himself before walking away in search of the bathroom. He was planning on taking a shower before going to school. After opening an empty room and another that's possibly YuYin's room, YanJun open the last door in the second floor.

YanJun found the bathroom he needs, but it didn't go as plan. 'Did I open the door the wrong way?' His hand slowly close the door again before opening it again.

"G e t O u t!" The voice of the brunette screamed before throwing whatever she could found at YanJun. She make sure the towel covered her body before using her free hand to throw whatever she can reach towards the male.

YanJun gulp at the scene he was greeted before letting the object smack some sense into him. He quickly close the door before leaning on the wall, covering his face like a nosebleed have begin. He couldn't get the scene out of his mind; after all, he is only a grown man.

YanJun is an experienced man, but with a woman he loved so deeply. He can only blush non-stop remembering her fair skin with soaked hair. Droplets rolling down her body...

"Lin YanJun! What the heck, stop!" YanJun scolded himself quietly. Before letting his body stand up from his position. He watched the door from the bathroom open with a brunette walking out. She didn't say a single word, but a glare at YanJun let the male understand everything. He is dead meat.

"This school is so big..." the male mumble as he have his hand behind his head. He let his body carried him around to get familiar with the building. Only then, he notice a girl that jumped off from a tree and land perfectly on her feet. A yawn escaped her lips before she walked pass XiaoGui.

"Weird.." he mumbled before continuing his exploring around the school building to get more familiar. That's until he notice the time, which signal he have to go back to class.

"My name's um...Jiang YueYing. I used to live at Canada, so I'm not very familiar here. Please take care of me." The female said before XiaoGui walk into the class. He recognize that face- it was that girl who jumped down from the tree earlier.

'Hm, it's her' XiaoGui thought to himself before taking a seat at his desk. The teacher assigned the new kid to the empty desk next to him before continue her teaching.

"Nice to meet you, my name is YueYing." YueYing said before taking her seat next to the male who look slightly scary.

"Wang LinKai," XiaoGui said before continue to listen to his class, but he slowly got bored with the lessons that he learn years ago. After all, he came from the future. Not the present.
