Macgyver #12 part #1

This one shot I'd base on the tv series CW Continuum hope you enjoy
I don't own anything in this one-shot. Comment what you want next and I will try to write your requests but I'm not yet fully in lot writing yet.

*Karen's POV*

Running around a corner to hide from the gun shots coming towards me. I felt a bullet hit the side of my arm but doesn't Injure me because of my armour form the 2077 where I'm form after an accident that happened back home in 2077 which made me travel all the way back in time to the year 2017 along with a terrorist group called Liber8 and Liber8 wanted to take control of the future for their own reasons. Back to the current moment, I'm being chased by a group of loyal Liber8 followers here in LA but before everything went to shit I was following a lead for Alec to help find Liber8 so I can safe my people and my time but it didn't go as plan.

I continued to ran to lose the  followers and head towards Alec the give him the hard drive that I had taken from the computer in one of Liber8's bases of operations.

*Time Skip*

When I arrived to Alec's place I gave him the hard drive and went to change into my normal clothes. When I changed I went to see what Alec had found. After talking though what was on the hard drive I went home to my apartment that I grew up in, when I got there I meet with one of the head operators, Jasmine so I brought of my gun and pointed it at her and she also drew her gun towards me and she said "I need you to listen to what I say next."
Before she could say anything else I cut her off by saying. "And why would I do that so you can trick me into doing you and your friends dirty work. Ummm no thanks. Now leave before I shoot you." Than jasmine opens her mouth to say "The others are planning to kidnap your boyfriend to get him to feel betrayed by you by telling him the truth about you and what you are doing and what your going to do when you finish what you were meant to do after the accident." Without myself knowing in lowed my gun a tiny bit and said"like he would believe that I'm from the year 2077 instead of this year. He'll just think your crazy like Jillian does. Really telling him that he's thesis, really that's what you came up with I bought you guys were better at being the bad guys than this. Telling everyone that your from the future and telling them their future." Jasmine says "even I think what part of what we are doing is completely stupid and we should do our recruiting a bit better but we all mistakes even you without thinking about the effects of others around you and the course of time." I make a questionable face. "what do you mean?" Jasmine puts her head towards the front door of my apartment, so I slowly turned around to look at my door just to see the one person I was dreading of ever hearing the conversation that just said.

*Mac's POV*

I just got of work at Phoenix so I decided to go to my girlfriend Karen's apartment to finally see how she's doing and all that jazz so I took her apartment keys that she gave to unlock the door and went in but as soon as i was in the apartment I heard a conversation between my girlfriend and a woman I didn't know was having. Karen says shocks me.
"like he would believe that I'm from the year 2077 instead of this year. He'll just think your crazy like Jillian does. Really telling him that he's thesis, really that's what you came up with I bought you guys were better at being the bad guys than this. Telling everyone that your from the future and telling them their future." The stranger says "even I think what part of what we are doing is completely stupid and we should do our recruiting a bit better but we all mistakes even you without thinking about the effects of others around you and the course of time." Karen makes a questionable face. "what do you mean?" Karen asks the other woman and than slowly turns around and sees me standing there and her face shows fear and changes to 'i'll tell you later' face so I just stood there getting over the shock of what I just heard.

*Karen's POV*

Mac was just standing there in shock and I was full of fear but after a second I give a face saying 'I'll tell you later' so I turned around towards Jasmine and said " why telling me this instead of just doing it?" Than jasmine smiled and said "so I could buy some more time to do this." Next thing I know is that Mac has been taken and my vision goes dark.

*time Skip*

I wake up and I see that the whole head group of Liber8 was waiting for one of to wake I also notice that I don't have my suit on. Than they notice I was awake, Travis the head of the heads of the group said "look what we got here, the protecter is awake along with her boyfriend." Then i said "you won't get what you want travis." He looked back to the group and look at the woman with short blonde hair who is known Jasmine from my apartment and she went behind us out of sight.

Next thing I know she has a nail gun and bent down in front of mac and I and pointed the nail gun to mac and asked him a question "What do you know about us?" With that mac didn't don't say anything just kept his mouth shut so Jasmine turn to me and shot my foot with the nail gun and I groaned in pain. Than jasmine shouted again n asking "What do you know about us?" Than mac shouted " NOTHING REALLY, we only know is that you are using the public against the systems but we don't know your end game."
Jasmine than smiles and says "Than your girlfriend here hasn't been 100% honest with you." And walks away to the group on the other side of the room so I opened my mouth and begin to say "look max I'm sorry I didn't mean to bring you into this." Before I could say anything mac cuts me off by saying........
