Stephen : Necromancer
Hosuh : Healer
Daniel : Knight
Hosuh POVWe all had decided that we were going to play a RPG game today since we barely spend time with each other, it was since we got small jobs. It really drifted us apart but I tried my hardest to at least stay in contact with Stephen.
I had logged into my account and put my headset on waiting for the other two to log in. Soon Stephen showed up and started yelling immediately.
"SUP HOSUH!" He starts running over and I wince at his voice.
"H-hey Stephen. Has Daniel not logged in yet?" I question a little bored from waiting.
"Clearly not. Whatever were ditching him, lets go to a dungeon! I have the perfect one picked out already," Stephen rants pulling up the dungeon screen and choosing one of his choice. I shrug not caring to much until we appear in front of a huge cave.
"Stephen what dungeon did you pick?" I complain pouting a little in fear as bats starts flying out on cue.
"Just a cave one shouldn't be to hard for us we'll complete it in no time!" He boasts running into the cave without hesitation. I yell at him to wait but it falls on deaf ears which I sigh and walk in. Its very dark so I cast a small light spell to see.
"Hosuh over here look!" Stephen calls. As I come closer I feel a dark aura fill the room.
"Stephen what the hell did you- wha?" I stop looking up to find a large door covered in solid black vines.
"Okay... So what is this?"
"Maybe a secret passage to a place with loot. There seems to be some kind of writing on the floor maybe? hmm, Summon vengeful spirit!"
A portal appears on the ground and a ghostly figure appears hands and feet bound by chains. I shriek and hide behind Stephen a little terrified. "W-w-w-what the heck."
"Vengeful spirit attack the door!" He commands but all the spirit does is open its mouth.
"Those who wish to pass must be selfless and kind others will be cursed to a hell of never ending violence"
"Stephen we need to get out of here please!" I say feeling smaller by the second almost paralyzed by the spirits eerie voice.
"No I'm going in." Stephen asserts taking a few steps toward the door and pushing hard creating a creaky noise. I wince and hold my ears, the door finally opens revealing a dark lantern lit hallway. I gulp having no choice but to follow him, I guess its a promise I've made myself. Follow him to the end.
We start walking as I cast another small light spell since it was still a little to dark for my tastes, Stephen even thanked me for the extra light. By the time we made it to the end of the hallway Stephen pulled out his spell book and was flipping through pages. The next room was absolutely pitch black, so I shot fireballs around the room.
One of them stopped halfway. "Hosuh is your spell that defective?" Stephen insults to which I scoff at. "No you moron it means something is there in the middle stopping my fireball from moving forward.""Then what's in the way?"
"Well lets find out huh?" I retort caught up in the argument casting a large light spell. Which I almost instantly regret seeing a large bull like animal on two legs stands in front of both of us glaring holes in our head. Luckily its about four times our size and sharp looking horns on his head
"Oh shi-" Stephen try's to curse but got rammed by the bulls horns basically being impaled by its horns, I could see blood splatter on the floor. My eyes widen in shock, I was so stupid and petty
"Binding spell!" I shout infuriated as chain like binds wrapped around the bull. It'll only hold for a while, which I take that time to run over to Stephen. "Healing spell." A bright light starts to emit from Stephen's chest, I look over in sorrow knowing this was my fault. "Sorry Stephen."
"Fine..." I hear Stephen rasp coughing up some blood, he seems to be getting better by the second. I sigh in relief, but its short lived as the raging bull seems to let out a low growl in rage. "Guardian, ghost arise... Protect, Hosuh please."
I watch as Stephen goes unconscious and falls limp as the spell continues to heal him. I see a bright light as Knight like figure appears. "Hey Hosuh! Did. Stephen die?" The man asks who sounds really close to, Daniel!
"God finally your here!" I shout, tears threatening to fall. "Stephen's almost dead, I'm healing him."
"Yeah whoops. Don't worry I got this!" Daniel reassures me. He turns to the bull and starts to sprint as fast as he can shouting and pulling out a sword. He swings and bull backs off shaking his head. "Die beast!"
"Fireball!" I yell holding my hands out as a bright red starts shooting from my hands toward the bull. The bull dodges it and starts charging at Daniel who wields his sword at the bull stabbing it right in the head. I look away quickly.
"Were good here." Daniel calls jogging over as I see blood everywhere, egh.
"I think Stephens getting better. You can go back to the lobby with the loot I'll wait for Stephen," I say with a small smile.
"Sure see ya," Daniel says waving as he starts to fade away in blue pixels as I wave back.
"Stephen are you awake?" I ask poking his face to be surprised by how soft his skin was. I started to glide my hand over his cheek feeling his velvet like skin. "Wow," I mumble.
"Hnn... Hosuh?" I hear Stephen call grabbing my arm and cuddling it with a small smile on his face. "I'm glad... I got to protect you," He whispers against my hand. I smile knowing the exact reason why I would follow him.
We just want to protect each other
