Daniel X Stephen

Daniel POV ~ At Movies ~ 6:20 pm ~

Me and Stephen decided to go to the movies to watch this new movie we were looking forward to. Unfortunately Hosuh couldn't come, he said something about polishing the next video but... I think he had an ulterior motive to ditching us. Ever since I told him my slight crush on Daniel he has made it his duty to get us alone.

"Hey Daniel you dead?"

"Ah, sorry spaced out a little. Did you get the popcorn?"

"Yeah lets go-"

Suddenly a girl with her friend ran up to us clearly excited. "A-are you guys from Danplan??" She asks eyes sparkling.

"Yeah?" I skeptically confess. This might lead to something unwanted.

"Are you guys dating? You seem like a great couple," The girls friend sighs hand on cheek.

"No were only friends. Can you leave now?" Stephen laments looking thoroughly pissed by their comments. I felt a pang in my chest. I wish I didn't hear that, it hurt more than I expected. "C'mon Daniel lets go I want to get seats."

I nodded my head and left the two fans behind feeling bad but also a little hurt. We were watching an action movie and I could barely even pay attention to what was happening, I was still lost in my dumb feelings. Soon the credits rolled on screen and people stood up to leave, I stood up and stretched and saw Stephen do the same.

"I'm tired now can we go home?" I ask genuinely tired from being here.

"But wasn't the movie great?!" Stephen exclaimed looking like a child on a candy high. "The plot of the female hero being defeated and saved by her friend who was secretly in love with her? It was a fucking genius!"

"Mmhm, can we go now?" I yawn looking at my watch it was 9 pm. We start to walk out the theatre. "Ugh fine. I see, why the hell are you so mopey anyway? You're the one who convinced me to see it. If anything you should be more happy that I accompanied you." He huffs and I look down.

"Its uh... Nothing really important," I sigh hoping he wouldn't press the subject.

"Its clearly important if you keep sighing every damn second." He sneers but with less poison. We continued to walk down the street to the apartment we all shared. "By the way can you make something when we get home?"

"Sure, what do you want." I stiffly ask exhaustion nagging at my mind.

"Food. Literally anything."

Soon we make it to the apartment and Stephen unlocks the door walking in to find a note on the kitchen table, reading to himself. "Hosuh went over to a friends house! WITHOUT US?! Fine then," Stephen rambles on in slight agitation.

I start pulling pans and pots from the cupboards and place them on the stove. After a while of cooking and hearing Stephen click through channels he asks. "Can you tell me what's wrong when we eat?"

I stir the pot silently for a few seconds. "Sure," I reply trying not to spill it out now. Finally I had finished making spaghetti and made two plates and walked over to the table and placed them down. "Come eat," I casually say sitting down at my plate, Stephen sitting vertically across from me.

"So are you going to tell me what's up?" Which I sigh at. Of course, damn it if only I could escape.

"The truth? I um, like you. In a very romantic way. When we were at the theatres and you told those fans we, weren't a couple. I just got, to emotional. I'm sorry."

The response I receive is silence for a brief moments. I was staring at my plate of food the whole time. When I looked up I met Stephens eyes not judging but searching for something.

"To be honest Daniel. I've never really been into relationships, I can tell you meant what you said. But, can we start off as closer friends, I don't want to hop on the relationship train yet. I hope you understand."

That response actually made me feel better, I couldn't help but smile at the response I got. Its was better than what I had hoped for. And maybe in the future we could be more than that.

Okay well shit I haven't posted in the longest Fucking time and I apologize. School is starting in a week and I want to die. So if  try hard enough I might be able to pump out another chapter? I'm trying to update my other stories so I hope you understand.
