Class 1-A were all thinking about what Monoma said... Normally they all tried to stay out of each other's business but... they all felt that if they could figure it out Bakugou and Midoriya would finally get along.
"What do you think Monoma meant back there?" Denki whispered over to Jirou who was walking beside him along with the rest of the class. Deku and Bakugou were at the back so they couldnt hear as they headed back to class.
"Maybe when they were childhood friends something happened between them?" Mina suggested. Tsuyu put her index finger on her chin as she thought. "Yeah but what could have caused all that to go to waste?" She wondered as the others began to think as well. "Should we just ask one of them?" Sero suggested. They finally got to class and looked at one another. "Let's ask Midoriya." Iida said and everyone agreed. Instead of heading to there seats. They all crowded around Midoriya who was in confusion. Everyone except Bakugou, Tokoyami, and Todoroki who could care less honestly.
"H-hey guys.. what's up?" Midoriya asked. "We were wondering about your past Deku..." Uraraka spoke first. "With Bakugou." Tsuyu added. "Huh? What about it?" Midoriya said alarmed by their sudden question.
"We must know about you're backstory that led to you friends to enemies!" Aoyama exclaimed making the boy even more anxious. Momo comes in and covers Aoyama's mouth. "What he means is... what happened between you two before everything went south?" She rephrased and Midoriya's eyes widened. "Oh. That is.. a long story." He mumbled but loud enough for them to hear. Bakugou had left before they started questioning Midoriya since it was free period. He sighed as he began to remember how nice Bakugou was before. "Bakugou and I were really good friends when we were little. Our mothers were really close so you could say we knew each other since birth..." He paused as he took another deep breath. Everyone waited in anticipation for him to continue. "We would always have play dates and hang out with other kids in the same neighborhood... we were so close that one day he even said he..." Midoriya just shakes his head trying to avoid that part of his past. It only hurt him more when he remembered the good things. "What did he say Midoriya?" Tsuyu asked making Midoriya tense up. "I don't want to say it..."
"Aww come on man. Tell us." Sato insisted making Midoriya look down. He took a deep breath and exhaled. He looked up at his friends with a meek smile. "You guys know how he calls me Deku right?" Midoriya said and the rest nodded. "Well because I was defenseless and weak. He said He would make me his bride. He would marry me when we got older..." Midoriya mumbled leaving everyone in shock.

There was long awkward silence through out the whole room. No on expected to even hear those words. They expected some point where Bakugou just got full of himself and forgot about Midoriya. It was shocking that the two enemies had once felt something for each other.
"The explosion heartless boy wanted to marry you?" Kirishima asked breaking the silence. Midoriya looked at him with wide eyes. "He's not heartless! He just has trouble... expressing himself." He quieted down at the last part. "Okay. Okay sorry... I mean you've known him forever so you're probably the only one here who knows his weakness." Kirishima admitted and some other students agreed. Weakness? Midoriya thought. "So... Deku... Did you and Bakugou have any relationships before or-?" Everyone went back to looking at the green haired boy. "W-well when we were little we would hold hands and p-play this game called 'Save Deku', where Kacchan would be the prince to come save me from a high tower..." Midoriya smiled at the memories. "Aw that's so adorable!" Mina commented making Midoriya blush in embarrassment.

"But what happened? Why did he start.. you know... bullying you?" Kaminari hesitated while everyone looked at him. "Heh that's easy. When he got his quirk..." He answered. Everyone looked at each other in confusion. "He started treating others lower than him and treated me the worst for not having a quirk." Midoriya continued. "It's kind of funny. Even though he was a bully... he didn't let anyone else bully me. He would get mad if someone bullied me or even say some bad thing about me." He tells the group. "Really guess he still has feelings for you..." Sero assumed. "Maybe... Even though Kacchan treats me like crap my feelings just won't go away..." Izuku grabbed his shirt as his heart clenched. Everyone quietly looked at the poor boy and couldn't help but feel terrible. "Kacchan may be a bully... but he's my bully." Midoriya said making everyone look at him in shock. "UGH SO MUCH CUTENESS I'M GONNA DIE!" Hagakure cried waving her arms around. Midoriya and the others giggled at her comment.
"Alright get in your seats." Aizawa instructed as he entered the class. Soon Bakugou appeared once more and sat in his seat along with the rest of the class. The only thing that the class didn't know was that Bakugou heard Midoriya's last words before entering the class.
