I can feel the pain and hurt from words like physical blows.
Can't you see I' human too?
I can only take so much before I break.
Sometimes I wonder if I am still human.
But the tears and the pain reminds
me that I am.
Each harsh word peirces through my heart like a sword.
Uncaring of the pain inflicted.
I can't take the weight of worlds and not break.
I can't take a bullet to the chest and say that I am fine.
Cause I'm only humaaan!
I don't have titanium armor;
Only masks to hide the pain.
People treat me like an insect;
Lower than them.
A useless being only to be squashed.
Why can't they see that I bleed and I cry just like them?
Why can't they see I can feel pain and sadness like they can?
