KARA POV

Jace suddenly went quiet.He looked up at the ceiling and looked like he was thinking about something.I probably shouldn't break him out of his thought.But,I can't help but wonder what he's thinking about.

I tap on his shoulder.He slowly turns and looks at me with a 'what?' look on his face.

I knew it.I shouldn't have disturbed him.Now I have no idea what to say.

"What is it?"he  suddenly asked.

"Uhh...what are you thinking about?"I asked quite shyly.

"Oh.Nothing much."

"Oh."

"I should get going.You're okay now,right?"he asked.

"Yeah.I'm fine.Thanks to you."I said to him as I smiled.

He stood up and started walking until I pulled his shirt a little.He stopped and looked at me.

"Yes?"he asked.

"I...I uhh...I never got your name."I said shyly.I started blushing.

"Oh.Its Jace."he said as he flashed a smile and then walked away.

Jace.Why does that name sound so familiar?

LIAM POV

I was standing by the window outside Liza's hospital room just staring at her.She was just lying there,making no movement.She was connected to a drip and looked so fragile.

This is all my fault.I never should have done what I did...

FLASHBACK

LIAM POV

I was standing by my locker.I looked at the picture of Kara on my locker door on the inside.She was smiling.She looked so happy and that made me happy.I miss her.So much.

I got interrupted by Jace,Chris and Julian waking to me.Jace immdiately looked at the picture of Kara and let out a sigh.

"You need to move on dude."Jace said.

"But how?I still love her so much."I said.

"Its been two years already.How much time do you still need to get over her?"Chris whined.

"You don't understand.She was my first love.The one I will always love.The love of my life."

"Okay,okay!Enough already!You need to move on.And I think I have the perfect way for you to do it."Julian said.

"Really?How?"I asked.

"Isn't it obvious?!You should go out with someone else!"Julian yelled.

"What?!No.I can't do that."

"It might be your only chance to get over Kara.You don't even know if you'll ever see her again.Trust me dude.You do not want to be hung up on her all your life.You need to move on.I know it won't be easy,but you have to try."Jace said.

I'm not sure about this.They're saying I should date someone else.I can't really imagine that.The only person I truly see myself with is Kara.But a part of me knows that they're right.So,I'll give it a go.

I walked into the classroom and scanned it for a possible girl that I could ask out.One that would say yes.I can't face rejection right now.

My eyes stopped moving when I saw her.Yes.She's the one.

I walked over to the girl.

"Hey Liza."I said politely.

She looked at me in surprise but greeted me back with a smile.

"Liza.You know."Why was I getting nervous all of a sudden?!And guilty.Very guilty.I feel like I'm cheating on Kara even though we were never really together.And my heart.It aches so much right now.I'm cheating my heart.I'm going against what it wants.

But I have to do this.Sorry heart.

"Liza,I like you."I blurted out.

"What?"she asked in surprise.

"I know,right?You probably never expected it.But its true.I like you."My heart.

"So,will you be my girlfriend?"

Please say yes.My heart aches so much for doing this right now,so please don't make it ache any more by saying no.

"Yes."

What?She actually said yes?

"What?"I asked in surprise.

"Yes.I'll be your girlfriend."she said.

Wow.She actually said yes.Should I be happy about this?
