Chapter 5/ No brain No game

They had arrived at the school, the sound of fury and fire could be heard from behind the school, Stan, Bill, and Eddie got out of the car,

"Holy crap people can be fucking loud!" Stan exclaimed

"y-yeah they c-can," The stuttering boy said.

"I know what I am about to say is so clique, but..... Last one there is a rotten egg!!" Eddie screamed as he started running inside the entrance of the school.

"Wait up asshole! I'm gonna get you!!" Stan yelled following right behind Eddie.

"W-w-wait u-up!" Bill said stumbling his words as he ran after them.

As they ran the sound of people screaming and cheering could be heard getting closer by every second, Eddie, Stan and Bill reached the entrance that led out onto the grassy field.

"Ready for y-y-your first f-f-football g-game Eddie," Bill asked rubbing Eddie's shoulder

"I'm as ready as I'll ever be," Eddie said as him and the two lovers walked out onto the grassy field. 

Stan and Bill held hand in hand as they walked over to the people covered bleachers and took a seat in a tight open spot, as Eddie made his way over to the sidelines of the field as he stood there watching everything momentarily until the game started.

A long banner saying "Derry Football" was once perfected until a whistle was heard and a herd of football players struck the banner and ripped it in half, Eddie studied the uniforms.

The helmets we're coated white with red stripes as for the rest of the outfit was white with red writing for their names and numbers, He stabilized his camera and took a few shots with his camera as they scattered out all over the field.

As the football players talked about the plan with their coach Eddie noticed one tall one, the player took off his helmet shaking off his curly locks, as Eddie waited for the player to steady his face he realized he was focusing on his once closest best friend Richie Tozier, Eddie couldn't stop staring for that long while in the same spot for a long time, he hadn't even noticed that the players were already in their stance before one of the referees blew the whistle, with the sound of the other football players colliding,

Eddie came back to reality, he focused as he continuously took pictures from the sideline, As Eddie continued to take pictures he became overwhelmed and hot, he took his jacket off and tossed it on the nearby bench beside him, he roamed around the sidelines taking pictures.

As the game ended, the team was celebrating their win against their biggest rival. Eddie wanted to get out of there as soon as possible once he saw Beverly and ben and the rest walking towards him, he walked off as soon as he could but was stopped by a voice that was shouting his name.

He turned around as someone waving his jacket in the air caught his eye, he looked down at the once again freckle boy Richie. Eddie scoffed and turned around to be encountered with Bev and ben.

"Can you guys please leave me alone for one second?" Eddie glared,

"Nah," Beverly said as she got up close to his face

Eddie pushed her away from him, but was quickly swept off his feet by a strong force,

"What the fuck are you doing Tozier!?" Beverly said as she was helped up by Ben

"Don't touch him anymore firecracker," Richie said as he placed Eddie on the ground wrapping the jacket Eddie had left on the bench on him.

"You're defending this fag? heh, I always knew you were a soft self-concerned bitch" Beverly said firing back,

"The only self-concerned bitch I see here is you and your dick of a boyfriend, you guys treat everyone around you like shit and I'm tired of it so if you want a piece of Ed's here you're gonna have to go through me first" Richie said as he glared down Beverly and Ben.

"And us," two voices said as they walked up.

"D-d-don't ever t-t-touch our c-c-child ever a-again," Bill said giving ben the middle finger

"ye-" but before Stan could finish his sentence, Beverly gave a loud whistle

as a football player rammed themselves into Eddie, at that moment everything was in slow motion as Eddie was rammed into the metal bleachers, his right arm covered himself from the rest of his body getting hurt, once it hit the bleachers the sound of a crack could be heard, as Eddie took a few more blinks everything went black.
