"I'm going to hit her"

I looked down at Emily. "No, you're not."

"That's what you think," she muttered, and my lips twitched up into a grin as I held her in my lap while Stella came sauntering through the room, her arm wrapped through Justin's. She was fully aware of the fact that I knew, she just didn't expect me to talk to him. I would, though. I was just planning on getting some evidence first.

Stella's band was in town now, playing a show tomorrow night. Emily refused to have them in her house, but when I talked her into it, gave in after a long, long time. "But if one of them wake up dead, you can't blame me," were her final words on the matter. I knew that Stella was sluttiest when she was with them. All I needed to do was have them go into town for something, Emily have Ryan take a picture of her with whatever guy she found, and then show Justin.

Just kidding.

I would talk to Justin face to face and tell him, and whatever happened there, we'd move on from. If Stella left, she left, and if she didn't, I waited until it happened again and tried again to make her leave.

Emily curled up under my arm, head resting on my chest, and scowled as Stella looked back at us and wiggled her fingers. They were going to pick up the girls from the airport, which was unfortunate enough for Justin in itself, but then I knew Stella would ask if their groupies could come.

"Justin," Emily called, not even bothering to mask the annoyance in her tone. He turned, raising his eyebrows, and she motioned to him. He walked closer, and she narrowed her eyes at Stella before whispering so only we could here, "I'll let you back when they get here, just knock three times. They can stay and be whale food."

I nudged her, trying not to laugh, and Justin's lips twitched into a grin. "I'll keep that in mind," he said, then Stella shouted to him from the boat. I smirked at him. "You have fun now,"

"Last chance," he said a bit desperately. "You can come with me!"

"Nope," Emily said instantly. "I feel like if I breathe in a car with them I'll catch chlamydia."

I laughed and Justin rolled his eyes. "You're right. They're awful. I'll see you if I make it back alive."

"Bye," I called, Emily simply chuckling and waving at him. By the time he figured out how to work the boat, Stella was shrieking impatiently, fading away when they started to drive. Emily smiled contentedly. "Serves him right for staying with her."

I rolled my eyes. "Do you know anything about her band?"

"I know that they're a load of whores that I'm not planning to talk to," she answered promptly. I tried not to laugh and failed when Ryan snorted a laugh from the kitchen, chuckling. "What if they talk to you?"

"She punches them," Ryan called. Emily clapped. "You've got the right idea, Ry!"

"What'd I do?" Ryder came clomping down the stairs, Addie following and looking as annoyed as her sister. None of the girls (or the boys, for that matter) were happy that Vintage was coming, and I had no doubt that smart remarks were going to be made by Addie and Emily all night, and Courtney would probably end up hitting someone.

"Not you. Ryan," Emily told him as he fell onto the couch across from us. Addie sat next to him, mimicking her sisters position with her arm slung across his torso. Emily didn't bother to tell them to back up, more focused on being annoyed that they were invited to her house.

"Why can't they stay in a hotel?" Courtney shouted from upstairs, and Jayden came running down in annoyance. "I told you, Justin. Take it up with him."
