Gentle disarray (COMPLETED)

Chapter 12

Sakura: 

Sakura sat in shock, 

they needed her... 

Why? 

What could she offer? Her supposed clan was apparently now non-existent, so they didn't need her to end the Clan... 

She wasn't sure, Sakura decided she would explore the mansion to clear her head, wandering around she found the kitchen where she saw a woman with long blonde hair tied back in a pony tail trailing down her back, Sakura couldn't believe her eyes... It couldn't be her... 

Ino? she thought to herself, quizzically looking at the womans back, deciding to brush it off Sakura turned only to hear the sound of her friends voice, this time she was sure, "I-Ino?" she said quietly, 

the blonde physically stiffened and turned around, 

Ino walked towards Sakura but stood hesitantly before her, her face held a look of guilt as she avoided eye contact with Sakura, 

Sakura on the other hand was trying to convince herself that she had, had so much dumped onto her in so little time that her brain was simply making things up, and that the blonde woman standing sheepishly in front of her was in fact just a clone of her best friend, 

that theory was rebuked when the Ino clone spoke 

"Sakura... I, I can explain... see I didn't mean to hide anything from you, it was just safer if you didn't know about this life and your Father..." 

Sakura knew she should be upset with her best friend, but she couldn't help but be relieved to see a familiar face, so she stepped forward wrapping her arms around her friend 

shooked Ino stood for a second before wrapping her arms around Sakura, 

"I-its okay these past few days have had me spinning all over the place, I am glad to see you" Sakura said truthfully to her friend, 

"I am truly sorry for lying can you forgive me?" 

"always Ino-Pig" Sakura said poking her tongue out cheekily at her friend who laughed and replied 

"Good Billboard brow, now tell me whats going on with you and the infamous sexy brooding Uchiha boss!" Ino said wriggling her eyebrows at Sakura 

instantly stepping back and blushing Sakura looked at the floor 

was anything happening? she thought, he was only helping her because she had helped him... 

"Ino, he is only helping me because I helped him" 

right? she thought 

"Okayyyy Billboard brow but I have never seen him care thatttt much about another person" she laughed

"Ino there is nothing going on!" 

"okay, i'll believe you even though you're swoooningggg at the thought of himmmmm!" 

"Ino" Sakura groaned 

"Fine fine! I'll be quiet! But just so you know this isn't the end of it!

~ Later ~ 

Sakura had found a relatively large uninhabited library while exploring, so in there she sat reading a book leaning against the back wall by a window looking out at the far away city, Sakura had, had so much on her  mind she decided to take a break from it all and read a good book, after all books seemed to have so much more to offer than the real world. 

she heard the door open, looking up she was surprised to see Sasuke walk in, it seemed he hadn't noticed her at first, he paced back and forth, stressed, he looked as if he were trying to piece together a difficult puzzle, Sakura was now sure he hadn't seen her and didn't want to interrupt him, quietly she tried to look for a way out without being noticed... Maybe she could jump out the window? No that's crazy she thought while staring at the ground far below,
