Chapter 34 - Dogs, Julia, Victoria & Charlie

Dylan's POV

I woke up the next day with my arms wrapped around her, I knew she had been up during the night quite alot but it was fine, I had set my alarm for 7am as I was going to the airport to collect Ravens dogs along with Julia and Victoria, it was weird to think that both myself and my sister had found love through a freak meeting on Twitter but hey sometimes life was strange but in a good way.

Raven was so tired she slept through the alarm so I lay giving her a couple of extra minutes then I had to wake her we had to leave at 8am to make sure we were there because of the traffic "Raven come on it's time to get up" "what ? Why ?" "It's 7.15 we have to leave at 8am for the airport remember?" "Oh that's today fuck" she was up and heading towards the stairs before I knew what was happening and too top it off she was smiling which made a change from yesterday but if that's all I have to worry about then my life with her will be simple "oh my god Dylan I get to see my babies and I feel better today as well" I just smiled and nodded following her.

I walked into the bedroom and it was empty then I heard the shower go on I tried the door but it was locked, this was something I wouldn't get used to in a hurry but it was once a month I guess I can deal, my last girlfriend Brit was on the injection.  I was getting my clothes out when I heard Raven shout "Dylan what time is it?" "It's 7.35am" "ok I am finished 2 mins and it's all yours" and with that the door opened and out she came in her denim shorts and t-shirt smiling, I grabbed her as we passed and kissed her "good morning sweetheart" "yeah I am sorry Dylan I am just excited to see my babies, but I love you and good morning" and then she kissed me back hard and passionately and I smiled and went in the bathroom.

I was showered and walking out within 5 minutes with my cut ups on and my t-shirt and flannel shirt over the top "oh flannel I love you in flannel" Raven said and I smiled "I know" and took her hand "it's time to leave" and she smiled grabbed her bag and literally skipped down the stairs and out the door but I was a little later as I made sure the dogs were ok with water and food and I left the aircon on as it was going to be hot today and I made sure the doors where locked and she was standing smiling like a Cheshire cat "have I told you lately how much I love you" she said "no but you show me all the time" I said laughing "oh and by the way tonight Julia and Victoria are staying is that ok?" "Of course it was only yesterday and I am sorry" "no need to be sorry it's fine" and with that we climbed into Roscoe "do you think there's enough room in here for my dogs, luggage and two more people?" "We will make it work as I am not prepared to take the Chrysler which is bigger because of the dogs I am sorry" "no it makes sense no need to apologise" and with that we were off to the airport.

It didn't take as long as I thought to get there so I took Raven for a coffee and we sat and she decided to have a look at her phone "oh my God Charlie has asked to follow me on Twitter" "wow ok and you have allowed it and followed her back?" I asked "yes of course I need friends Dylan and not just yours" "yeah I know and I am fine with it and happy that you have your new friend and she seemed nice" "yeah she is" and she smiled and took my hand "I am happy to be here with you and now I feel more at home because my babies are going to be with us and we are a little family" "I am so happy you feel that way" I replied squeezing her hand and then we let go and she went back to her phone and I stared out the window daydreaming.

"Hey Dylan what's the time?" Raven asked pulling me out of what I was thinking about which was me, Raven our dogs and a family but fingers crossed that will happen in the future "oh sorry I was in my own world there it's 9.10am we have time to finish these then a slow walk should get us to the gate for them coming through ok" "yeah that's fine I am meeting up with Charlie later today for coffee at the supermarket where we met is that ok? I won't be long?" "Yeah it's fine I can drop you off and pick you up if you like?" "Yeah that would be great thank you" "ok it's a plan then but first we need to get home with the dogs, Julia and Victoria" "Victoria? Oh my God I forgot she was coming don't tell Julia and I don't think they will mind me taking half an hour do you?" "Not at all" I said smiling.  We waited another half hour and then left and when we got to the gate they were there "oh shit am I late?" "No we have literally just got through but we have to go to another gate to collect the dogs" "oh ok" I said and then we hugged and I whispered "so you and Victoria?" "Great" she whispered back and when I turned around to speak to Victoria I saw her and Raven cuddling and saying hello then they broke up and we swapped "hi Victoria glad you made it and that your here with my sister" "yeah you and me both" she said before hugging me and then we were off to collect the dogs and Raven turned to Julia "so how were my babies?" "Well I am not going to lie Hoechlin was not happy about the trip but Malia was fine" Julia answered "oh no I am so sorry he didn't hurt you did he?" Raven asked "oh no he just growled alot but George was there to help, your stepdad is lovely" "yeah he is thank you so much for saying that and for bringing my babies home" "home? That sounds like things are going well?" "Yeah they are" I heard her say and I smiled.
