Both Hye Mi and Kyungsoo had their eyes wide.

"Choi J-Junhong?

Junhong smirked. "In the flesh. It's nice to see you both alive and well."

Kyungsoo chuckled, remembering their past. "I can say the same to you Junhong. Definitely."

"I'd love to catch up, but right now, I need to speak to Kyungsoo for a moment. I'll see you later Hye Mi." Junhong said, pulling Kyungsoo's arm.

"W-Wait! Hye Mi you better not run away I'm not finis-" Kyungsoo's yells were muffled with Junhong's hand.

"Like I said, see you later Hye Mi." He winked before walking away with the short man.

Hye Mi stood there, speechless.

How is he possibly alive? It said on the news that his family died. Why did he even need to speak to Kyun- I have too many questions. Calm yourself Hye Mi.

Hye Mi looked at the two boys who walked away. She sighed before walking back into the school.

"Care to explain your existence Choi Junhong?" Kyungsoo said, grinning.

The tall latter chuckled, for he knew how confused Kyungsoo must have been. "Well, it's a long story but, remember when you gave me shelter?"

"The secret room in the alleyway?"

"Ne, well..."

Kyungsoo and Junhong, Nine Years Young

Kyungsoo ran to the place he left Junhong as somewhat of a temporary home. He had a bag of meat, kebabs, anything that would get meat back into Junhong's body.

He saw the fence gate in the distance and he gained his speed.

"Junhong! I brought you some-" To Kyungsoo's surprise, Junhong was no longer in the shelter, "... Meat..."

"Junhong?"

Silence.

Kyungsoo dashed out the shelter, looking around for any trace of where he could have been.

Junhong wasn't anywhere Kyungsoo had looked. He was nowhere to be found.

"I ran out of the shelter and started a new life. I didn't want to burden you any longer, so I ran away."

Kyungsoo pulled Junhong into a hug. "Do you know how scared I was?! Running back to where you were with food then finding out that you weren't there? I thought you were dead somewhere!"

"Luckily a foster home took me in. I've lived alone ever since."

Kyungsoo smiled. "Hye Mi's probably glad you're alive. She's scared of making friends because of what happened to you."

Junhong sighed. "Laina is still here isn't she." He question in a stated manner.

Kyungsoo rolled his eyes and nodded. "She bullies her nonstop. I'm lucky I finally got the chance to stand up for her."

"You like her don't you?"

Kyungsoo looked away, blushing.

"Well it can't be helped. I'm no enemy here. It's okay."

Hye Mi sat on the bench, waiting for the two to come back from their chat. She sighed.

"How did it come to this?"

It seemed complicated to Hye Mi. Her first friend that she thought was dead, was really alive this whole time.

"I-I don't even know how to feel about this."

"Where is that bitch, running off with Kyungsoo?" A voice yelled.

Suddenly Hye Mi's hair was pulled. She yelped in pain. "You like that? Who do you think you are, getting close to Kyungsoo?! Remember what happened to Junhong?! I killed them! Yes! I ruined their lives and left them to suffer and die!"

Tears were falling down Hye Mi's eyes.

"Laina, let go of her right now."

Laina looked to her left and saw two guys standing there. She only recognized one, Kyungsoo.

"Who are you?" She snarled at Junhong. Junhong chuckled.

"I think it's time you meet both mine and Hye Mi's old friend," Laina started to feel afraid, "Laina, meet Junhong. Choi, Junhong."

Laina backed away from all three of them. Junhong helped Hye Mi up and dusted her off. "Gwenchana?" He asked. Hye Mi could only nod.

Junhong crossed his arms. "So you were the one to ruin my family."

Junhong didn't know how to go about this. He felt angry and terrified from Laina.

"T-This is impossible. You can't be alive!"

The tall student scoffed before shaking his head. "I had Kyungsoo there for me when I needed someone."

Laina shook her head in disbelief before dashing away.

"Knowing that it was Laina all along, I think we should protect Hye Mi. Who knows what else Laina is capable of with her wealth and popularity." Junhong said, looking out into the distance.

"G-Guys I'm fine. Theres no need to look out for m-"

"Ani. That's not gonna happen Hye Mi. From now on, we're both going to be here for you. It's okay to have friends okay?" Kyungsoo interrupted.

Hye Mi thought for a moment before nodding. "Alright. This is actually my first time having more than one f-friend."

"Yay!" The two boys shouted in unison before giving each other a high-five.

A/N: Truly sorry for a short chapter. I just thought this was enough for Junhong's comeback.
