My Little Pony Crossovers: Petra's Silence

The Storm

"Boom!!! "  Petra yelped as she hopped off of her bed. She ran to her golden sword then grabbed it. She walked toward the window and realized that it was a storm. The wind was so fierce, it was shaking the treehouse. Petra started hearing loud barks outside. Petra flew out and thought she was dreaming. It was Fang. The gray wolf was barking at her, trying to tell her something. "Fang???!!! What is it??!!!" Petra shouted, making sure he can hear through the loud storm. Fang started barking at her again then ran up to her. He rubbed one of his paws on her hoof while there was a plea in his eyes. He started facing the path that leads to the twin's house. Fang started running there then Petra started following the gray wolf, grabbing her sword tightly. 

Fang stopped at a halt when the house was at sight. He turned to Petra then started barking at her, she can barely hear him through the strong wind. "Snap!!! " Petra glanced and saw a tree falling behind her. She hopped out of the way. Fang started barking at the house, one of the tall trees near it was making a creaking noise. "Oh no..." Petra ran toward the house then started banging on it. She waited but assumed that nopony heard. She started kicking at the door with all her might. It took her a couple of kicks until the door broke down. She ran in then shouted: "Everypony, wake up!!!" Fang ran in and started barking. Petra ran up the stairs with Fang then went into the twins room. As soon as she walked in, she saw the twins standing up, one of them holding Reuben. There was a shock in their eyes as soon as they looked at 
Fang. "Fang???!!! You're alive!!!" Both of the twins exclaimed. Fang started wagging his tail. "You guys need to get out of here, there is a tall tree that will possibly fall onto your house," The twins looked at each other and was about to say something until another flash of thunder hit something outside. "Fang???" Petra glanced and realized that it was Steve and Alex. "What's going on???" Alex asked. "You need to get out of here, the storm is too strong, and if we stay any longer, the tall tree by the house will fall." Petra gulped. Steve and Alex looked at each other then ran downstairs. The twins, Petra, and Fang followed. Steve had a saddlebag on his back and was levitating on his sword. "Hurry, I think I know where to go," Steve addressed. They went out, as soon as they started running, there was a snap. They looked back at the house and saw that the tall tree was falling onto the house. It took a heartbeat for it to collapse on the house. Steve turned to Petra "Thank you,"

Everybody followed Steve out of the forest, they went near a gorge by the river. The rain started pouring down harder. The current of the river was getting faster every second. Another flash of lightning split the sky, followed by a sound of thunder. The thunder frightened Reuben, he hopped off from Jesse's hoof then started running near the gorge. Jessica ran toward him then grabbed him until the gorge started breaking. Alex lurched toward her daughter then push Jessica and Reuben aside, taking her place. The gorge broke, leaving Alex hanging on the edge. "Alex!!!" Steve went to her but the edge broke more, causing Steve and Alex plummeting down the river. "Dad!!! Mom!!!" The twins yelled, some tears showing. Petra didn't know what to do. The current was carrying them away. "Kids, we'll find you, whatever it takes!!!" Steve called out to them as the current was taking them away. Fang barked then jumped in then started swimming after them. The current took them away, out of sight. "No..." Jesse collapsed on the ground, crying. Jessica joined him, hugging Reuben tightly. The rain was starting to pour slowly now. Petra looked at her own sword, thinking about how she can defend herself, then looked back at the twins. She needed to give them hope, she walked toward them. "What are we gonna do without them..." Jessica murmured. "You heard your father, he said that he and your mother will look for you," Petra implied. "How can you be so sure???" Jesse asked. "If they can survive monsters and Herobrine, they can survive this," Petra replied. Jesse nodded. "I'm willing to stay with you guys, your parents will find you, and I will help you on every step on the way," Petra looked up at the sky then there was another lightning bolt. "Come on, let's find somewhere safe for us to wait for them,"
