"My what?" The girl had long blonde hair. She was shorter then Chrissie and looked a lot younger then Chrissie. Her eyes shinned an iris purple. Her make-up was dark along with her clothing. All black cloth. She was wearing a mini shirt with a shade of red. Her shirt was long sleeved that extended down to her indexes finger. The girl had black tights on that make her boots seem too big. All the black made her skin look very pale and her hair look white.
"I'm your new roommate," she gave Chrissie a smile, "My name is Rosa Atal," she shoved past Chrissie
Chrissie's face was filled with confession, "Okay?"
Rosa plopped down onto the bed that was on the opposite side of the room, "Sweet pad,"
"Thanks, well I have to go to class. So, bye,"
"Bye,"
Chrissie walked out of the room.
"Wait!" Chrissie turned around to see the Goth girl running up behind her, "The woman at the front desk told me to come with you today,"
"Why is that?"
"They are the only classes open,"
"Okay," Chrissie started down the stairs.
Rosa rushed to her side, "So what class do we go to first?"
"Archery,"
"Fun," she rolled her raccoon eyes, "Hey why do you have witch eyes?" Chrissie stopped. "What did I say?" Rosa looked back at Chrissie, "I would know if you were a witch, but you act more like a vampire,"
"What? How do you know what a vampire is and what a witches eyes look like?"
"You're a slayer, or a half-breed. No you're both! I can tell, I'm a witch. And if you even think about killing me, your throat will be cut so fast you won't even be able to think about moving,"
Chrissie held up her hands in surrender, "Your right about the slayer part but I'm human,"
"No you're wrong, I can tell that you're a half-breed," Rosa smiled and turned to walk down the hall. Chrissie ran after her, grabbing Rosa's shoulder. "Yes?"
"Can you tell what I am?"
"No"
"Why not?"
"I don't want to right now,"
"Great,"
The common area was full. People crowded around in circles, talking. As Rosa and Chrissie walked past the biggest group, Donovan came running out, "Chris!"
"What's with every one calling me Chris?" Chrissie said under her breath. Donovan jogged up to her side, "Hey," he looked at Rosa, "Who's that?"
"This is my shadow or Rosa. Rosa this is Donovan,"
"Um hey?" he held out his hand.
Rosa looked down at it, "I don't shake hands with vermin's," Chrissie laughed a little then looked at Donovan's face, filled with confusion.
"Where are you going?" He smiled in his goofy way.
"To archery,"
"That's sad," he looked at his feet, "I have math. I will see you at lunch, right?"
"Yea, I'm going to be sitting with Ivan,"
"Ivy? Again? I guess that's cool. We can walk around the school after you eat?"
"Um, sure,"
"Cool, I'll see you later," He turned and walked back to his group.
Rosa elbowed her, "Someone has a crush, too bad he can't see the monster killer behind the looks," She laughed.
