 Nick Wilde's life had changed a lot since meeting officer Judy Hopps. Never in a million years did he think he would actually be getting on a train to the Zootopia Police Acadamy. Never in a million years did he think his best friend would be a bunny. Never in a million years did he think he could change the way that the world saw foxes.

But all of this things happened to the fox because of a special mammal who showed him that he could be more than a steriotype. Judy had been super supportive for Nick. She helped him Study for the academy and payed for the train ticket. That was more than the fox could possibly ask for, but Judy didn't care.

That was the most amazing thing about the bunny. She put others needs before her own, and she didnt care what it costed. Of course her parents weren't too thrilled about their daughter working with a fox. Especially after finding out that he was an ex-con.

But that was expected. You can clean a track record off a computor, but you can't clean it off the streets. Once one word got out about Nick, the media was all over it. Some mammals even thought that this whole 'joining the ZPD' thing was a scam. Nick knew that no matter what he said, the oppion of the city would change unless he proved it. So, that is what he would have to do.

However, the fox that never let anything get to him found himself second guessing it all. How could he do something this /big if he knew that he wouldn't be trusted. It's like a wolf working for sheep.

He could forget it all. Call Finnick and start back to his daily hustle, continue making $200 a day. However, even Nick Knew that would be a dumb move for two reason, and both of them had to do with Judy. One, Judy would know what he had been doing and could arrest him. Number two was something that Nick couldn't understand, but for some strange and unnatural reason, Nick loved her. Maybe that's was the worst part of this whole thing.

Judy Hopps looked around her mouse hole of an apartment and sighed. There was no doubt that her home was small, but it was all she could afford. Also, she always had to neighbors who always wanted to talk.

"Hey, bunny, we were gonna order a pizza," Bucky's voice said.

"I'm good," Judy said, not really wanting pizza at the moment.

"We weren't offering you a pizza. We were just wondering if you could slow down the pizza dude when he passes your apartment."

Judy just shook her head,"You know i'm a cop right?"

"Fine. You win," Pronk said,"Where is your fox?"

"What is that supposed to mean?" Judy asked.

"Well, that fox was at your place most of the week."

Judy shook her head, knowing that they couldn't see her,"First of all, his name is Nick. Second, I was helping him study for the police academy. And third, he isn't MY fox." Judy said that last part with a blush.

"A fox can be a cop now?" Bucky said,"That's cool."

Judy was shocked by the comment,"You really think so?"

"Yeah," Bucky answered,"It's amazing how much the world is changing."

Judy smiled as she said,"Thanks, Bucky. That was really nice of you to say."

"Pizza's here," Pronk said.

Judy shook her head as the two again began to argue over stupid subjects. Last Wednesday, the two were literally arguing over whether or not the sky was blue.

Judy lied down on her bed, ready for sleep. Tomorrow Nick would be heading off to the academy. An exciting yet sad day. Judy's first REAL friend in Zootopia would be gone for six months. Of course Clawhouser, Bucky, and Pronk would keep her company, but Nick is the mammal who would constantly keep her laughing.

"Calm down," Judy said to herself,"You were able to beat up a Rhino. You are definitely strong enough to last six months with a smartass fox."
