Update and Schedule

So I'm starting my official intermittent fasting plan as of tommorow Monday, August 6th. The CPR course wasn't working with my schedule and I wad just super drained from all the work I had to do in those 2 days for thr course.

So basically I fast on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On these all I can do is drink water and tea. I might eat fruits too. On the other 4 days I eat from 10 in the morning till 6 in the evening.

From a lot of research I found out that drinking green tea is great for weight loss. Start by drinking one cup a day, then increase it to two a day, and finally three. After this you can try an Asian tea called oolong tea, which is amazing for boosting your metabolism. You can find many more benefits and research done on this tea online. You can follow the same step as the green tea, starting with one cup and slowly increasing the amount thag you intake. Try not to add any sweetner, but if you just really need to, add a teaspoon of honey.

If you're not vegetarian eating 2 boiled eggs a day is really good for you. I am veggie on certain days so for those days I won't be having any.

Also try to decrease your carb intake, such as bread, pasta, and rice. This is also difficult for me since it is a staple food in my household.

Substituting spiralized zucchini for pasta is a great alternative, when you're really craving for all that goodness.

I also need to increase my water intake, cause it's really low for me.

If you want some great healthy snacks and a good cereal I recommend the Kashi brand. I'm not sure if this is available outside Canada. I'll post some photos in my next update.
