To start off try to walk for 30 mins a day whether it be outside or on a treadmill. Or if you're not comfortable going outside or you don't have a treadmill available, walk up and down steps. If you live in an apartment then use those steps, or just walk up and down the hallway. Stop making excuses to get yourself out of a situation, there's always a solution.
