Saint Seiya One Shots

Seiya

 You had been sent to the sanctuary when you were young in order to become a saint, but you did arrive alone. With you was another orphan, Seiya. You and Seiya had grown up in the orphanage together. You were close with both him and his sister, the day that the Graad Foundation had taken you two away, you comforted him, and he did the same for you. From a young age, you couldn't help but feel something for the hot-headed boy, your heart would beat quickly when you were together. But, you tried not to get your hopes up. Even as kids, you could tell that Seiya was also rather close with another girl, Miho. You didn't hate her, but it did hurt to see Seiya laugh and smile at her, more than he did with you.

When you found out that you and Seiya would be training at the sanctuary together, you were thrilled. You could try and tell him how you felt. Sadly, upon arrival, you two were separated once again. While he trained under Marin, you were trained by several of the silver saints.

Several years later and you were now a silver saint as well, fighting in the clothe of Canis Major. You had seen Seiya several times while training, but never got the chance to talk. You wouldn't be surprised if he had even forgotten about you. You had seen his fight against Cassius and was proud that he had earned his clothe as well. 

Now you were back in Japan, watching the bronze saints fight in the Galactic Wars. Once again, Seiya amazed you, winning against Shiryu even though it almost killed him. 

It was late and yet you couldn't sleep, so you headed down to the beach to get some air. You had vaguely interacted with the other saints here, so you doubted Seiya even noticed your presence. You stared out at the ocean, a certain pegasus saint on your mind. Suddenly, you sensed another cosmo coming toward you.

"Hey, what are doing out here all alone?" It was none other than Seiya.

"I needed some air." You replied. "It's late, shouldn't you be resting for tomorrow?"

"I'm more worried about you." He said standing beside you.

"Huh?" You blushed behind your mask. How is that possible, you hadn't said a word to each other in years, why would he be worried about you.

"I know it's you (y/n), I've known since the day I saw you fight for your armor. You may wear a mask but I never forgot you."

You looked down, so he hadn't forgotten you, but how? It's been so many years.

"What about Miho?" You said bitterly. "You two have gotten close since you returned, right?"

He was taken back by that. He then lightly chuckled and lifted your chin. "Miho is a good friend, but you are my best friend and the first girl that I fell in love with."

Now you looked like a tomato, thankful to have your mask. "But its been years since we last spoke, much less saw each other, you might be disappointed by what you see."

"Then let's find out." He grabbed the edge of your mask. Even though you felt the urge to, you didn't fight him. Once he removed it, you looked up to see him quite shocked.

"See, I told you that you would be disappointed." You said reaching for your mask.  

He pulled it away. "Are you kidding, you look even more beautiful than I thought!"

"Huh?"

"(Y/n), I always thought that you were beautiful, and even though we never got to talk much at the sanctuary, I was always watching you. I never forgot you."

You felt tears well up in your eyes. Your best friend, the love of your life, still remembered you.

"And one other thing," He said, looking into your (e/c) orbs. "I have always loved you. No span of time could ever change that." He closed the gap between you two.  You could feel his love for you in that single kiss. You returned it, the same love he held for you.

"I love you, (y/n). With my whole cosmos." He pulled you into a hug.

"And I love you with my whole cosmos, my Pegasus."
